    We rented a wave runner this month and didnt know that they were already closed. When we spoke to the owner he personally took care of us and even set up an appointment time to take care of us so individually. I was nervous after seeing some bad reviews but took a chance and Im glad I did! We didnt get charged anything extra and had a great time and the ski we rented was awesome. I think the people that leave reviews must be the ones that had a bad time or negative experience and all the people that had a great time like my family dont have a reason to take 5 minutes to do so. I just wanted to so if anyone is looking up reviews like myself before renting, they can see that as long as you bring things back in the same shape you take them out in, youre going to get great service from **** and at a great price too! Im sure if we had wrecked the ski or lost the accessories, hed charge us premiums for having to fix/replace it but just dont do damage and dont lose anything and bring it back with gas and youll have a great time!

    Driver and experience was great but the cost originally agreed on website, where deposit was submitted, was grossly misquoted. The explanation I received was that the prices on website are pre-Covid pricing that has not been updated, That I was receiving a deal as is. Which is ridiculous to charge 200+ more than signed price.

    Hello Mr ******, I am glad you had a good experience. You were informed of our pricing before booking online. You knew what the pricing was. Then you booked and saw a lower price and expected that. I understand that. However I made it very clear the pricing wouldnt be the same. We are working on changing the website prices unfortunately I have a web designer who had been extremely busy. Also the quote online are just that a "quote" which is subject to change depending on your event. I'm very surprised you took this to BBB after we spoke and I set the expectations before booking. Glad your experience was good sorry you didn't understand our pricing. I don't think there's a limo company that is built to completely quote perfect. People do different things such as travel to LA, Sac, school events ect. Again glad you had a good time. Thanks.
