      I went and purchased rims on a lease from wheel and tire center. The rims that the sold me were damaged but I was unable to notice the damage until I went and serviced my vehicle and my wheels were then rotated. My wheels were unbalanced after that so I took my vehicle to a local tire shop where they had then took my tire off and told me the wheel was unable to be balanced because it was dinted from the inside of the rim, to take the rim back to the place I purchased them from. I then did so and I asked for her to replace the wheel that was damaged she told me she could do so then I wheel and tire center to then replace the whole set of rims and I’m willing to pay any difference. The worker from the wheel and tire center told me she was then going to talk to the owner and she’ll reach back by Monday. She then didn’t reach back I had to call back in and I was told the owner was out of the state for a family emergency, he’ll return in a week. I reached back out in a week and I was told again she got stuck out there and his flight was canceled that I needed to wait a few more days so I did so. I called back in a agin and was told the lady was out because her it was her day off then I called again the next day and she was in the hospital. I called 3 days later looking for the owner once more and he was now in the hospital having surgery. So I took matter to ***** the financial company and they told me that I had to have the wheel and tire center except the return in order to give me my full refund for the damaged items. The lady at the wheel and tire center told me she can no longer help me because I took the matter to ***** that she has nothing to do with the rims anymore. I’m just looking for a full refund because I was sold damaged items and the tire center knew that because they told me if the wheel doesn’t balance they place it on the back of the vehicle so we can’t tell that it has damage.

      So for a more truthful part of what happened. The husband and wife came in to the shop 3 weeks after the purchase of the wheels saying they got an oil change and they rotated their tires for them and after that they feel a shake. I told them to wait and I’ll rebalance the wheels and they said ok. They left without reason and not waiting and went to another shop were they say they were told the wheel is bent. I told them bring it in and I’ll take a look. They came in same day and I told them let me take the car in and I’ll balance the wheel and see what’s going on. Even if it’s not damaged just for your peace of mind I’ll replace the wheel. They said no we wanted to know if we can just change the wheels for the black ones. The owner was out of the country for 3 weeks when they came in then. I never said Monday. I told her I’ll call her when he has an exact date of return because he was there for his sick grandfather. She said she was willing to wait and I told her we can change the wheel in the meantime and she still said I’d rather change the wheels. I want the black ones. On the phone I told her to just be honest and say she just doesn’t like the bronze wheels because she kept insisting she just wanted to change the wheels. I told her I can’t promise anything and that it was up to the owner and she said she is willing to wait. They were going out of town and said they didn’t want to drive with the wheel no balanced. I told her bring the vehicle in so I can atleast take a look at it. Honestly just bring it in why be so hesitatant. Well the husband brought it in and I took the so called bent wheel off and it had bo bend. I asked him to point it out and he was just touching random places. Then said it in couple different spots. He was standing right in front of me and I balanced the wheel right infront of him. It BALANCED. Then he said he’s going out of town and doesn’t feel safe on a bent wheel. I again said brother it has no bend. If you feel safer I’ll put it in the back because your going out of town. I have cameras and I put the wheel back were it was taken off. On the front because there was nothing wrong with it. They went out of town no problem. So really the wheel was never damaged. She then calls say it’s in the back and we put it there. So know they don’t even know which wheel it is because it’s in the back. No I put it back on the front. Then she calls the finance company making up her own story to get them to cancel her lease for the wheels which when I explained the situation they refused her. She never got a run around. She just lied because she wanted to change the wheels only because she didn’t LIKE them. She has said that to me. Then the owner comes in and has to get surgery for his apendix. And I have paperwork from saint agnes. So she can say whatever she wants. But at this moment from the lies and her trying to screw me over by lieing to the lease company to get her money back she can do whatever. I’m not changing anything. Her wheel was fine when she purchased it. If any damage was done after the purchase by them and they want to pin it on me go right ahead.

      So after reading her statement, she said we went into her shop and had left. Which is wrong we went to another local tire shop before we went back to her and because this other shop, we have been going to them for years and we went there to ask them just to rebalance the wheel and that’s when we were told the wheel was bent. We took the vehicle back to tire and wheel center letting her know the situation, she is stating we wanted to change the color of the wheel yes we asked to change all the wheels because my husband was afraid since one wheel was damaged he wanted to change them all out just in case there was another damaged wheel on the truck. She stated she can do that for us but she was waiting for the owner to return to back into fresno before she can ask. I waited several weeks and I called back in on my own and was asking to speak to the owner this way I can ask them personal to take care of the situation this way I can stop getting the run around. That’s when the man on the phone told me he was the owner. So they have been lying to me the whole time when the owner was in the shop every time we went in or called. He stated his name was omar and there was nothing that we was going to do for our wheels. The lady that everyone keeps speaking to has nothing to do with the shop so that’s what he had stated. When we were asking for the black wheels is because she was stating those were the only wheels they had in stock if not we would have had all the brones wheels changed out and replaced. When she said she took the wheel off and my husband was trying to find the dent is wrong. Then she said my 8 year old son had seen it like as if a child can be a witness. Im just asking for my wheels to be replaced and that’s final. I don’t care about any colors im just tired of being lied to. I have my family in my truck all the time for them to be driven around in on unsafe wheels.

      I purchased tires at Tire and wheel center on 7/3/21. All four tires that were sold to me where worse for wear with less than 20% tread. I was traveling home from work on the 168 freeway and had a blowout on the rear driver side 8/22/21 which caused my vehicle to Fish tail and caused the vehicle to slam into the center divider. I put a spare on my car and drove it home and have started an insurance claim with my insurance to get my car repaired. In the meantime I had made two attempts with the business owner Omar to notify him of the dangers of selling tires to the public that were 11 years old Tire date 2/4/12. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't give a **** about the **** he was selling and attempted to lure me in the back room so he and his crew could jump me. He explained that there was a whole warehouse full of the same tires he had sold to me and if I wanted to check them out where there were no cameras and they could handle business as in fighting me in the back.

      I am not refunding anything to him. First off I been doing business at this location for over 5 years and have never spoken to a customer in that language not have I ever told or hinted a customer to come to the back room so I can “jump” them with my crew. I have never had a complaint of that sort ever filed against me nor have I ever gotten a review that states I bad mouthed a customer or wanted to fight them. I have cameras all over the shop. First question is how does he know for the short time he was at my shop were I do and don’t have cameras? Second is, there used tires and I have signs at the shop that there is no warranty on used tires. I buy them from a company in bulk and do not have information on them of what conditions they have been driven in. Used tires are not illegal to sell. I tried then to replace the tire. He left and came back the next day pissed again when I tried to make things better. He was the one bad mouthing me. I told him to get off my property and never come back and I have the right to refuse service. I am not refunding him anything. There are ways to take care of issues in a professional manner. And I’m not going to let him lie and say I was trying to beat him up over a used tire. He lost his chance of getting anything from me to make this any better.
