We have signed a contract with ***************** (Bocci Memorial's owner) in November 2019. The total amount for the headstone was $15,300. As of today, nothing has been done. All our attempts to get $8K deposit back have failed. We strongly recommend NOT to do any business with ************. He does not answer calls/emails. His voice mail box is always full. His office is always closed. It's been an extremely frustrating experience.Initial Complaint

My name is *********************** and I need help dealing with Bocci Memorials.My mother ***************************** passed away on August 15, 2020 and I contacted Bocci Memorials for a grave stone for my mother.I paid Bocci Memorials $4K to secure the job in October, 2020. The Bocci Memorial owner *************************** promised the job done in a year, but there is no stone or my initial payment was returned to me.Many calls and empty promises from the owner *************************** for the second year and nothing is done or returned to my family.Please help!
