Unfortunately after purchasing a **** Mustang from Serramonte Ford. I started to drive home at night when a car started to move over in my lane, as I went to honk, the horn did not work.The motor in the driver's seat was non-operational which they told me they would fix at no cost to me. After almost a dozen phone calls to Serramonte Ford, I finally reached a manager and told him I was bringing the car in since I was not receiving return phone calls. The problem with the seat and the horn was then fixed. Then rainy season started. The car filled up with water in the front & back passenger floor. And did I mention the car never had a cover for the fuse box. When I purchased a fuse box cover, there was an entire section in front of the passenger seat on the floor missing. Only installation and open wires showing.. So with the car taking in a massive amount of water, I reach out to Serramonte Ford again . Funny how when you're purchasing a car everyone answers the phone and gets back to you . But once you have a problem with the car they will ghost you . I am so disappointed in Serramonte Ford for selling a vehicle to me that was above and beyond not safe to take off the lot. I've reached out to Serramonte about the car taken in water. And of course not to my surprise. No one will return my phone call. If the car is not brand new, I would not buy from this dealership. The amount of money that I have to put into this car because of their lack of service is humiliating. I did not even know it was legal for a dealership to send a car off the lot like this. Even when I turn the heat on I hear water sizzling by the fuse box. And the fuse box cover I bought won't even fit because of the massive section missing in front of the passenger seat. Ridiculous!! I even had to buy floor mats because they couldn't even put those in. It's insane, I can't even drive the car if it's raining because I can't afford the repairs to stop the water from leaking in.Review from K. N.

************** has poor communication, and then were belligerent after they didn't like my answers to the survey they sent **** took my paperwork into the service center on Saturday 11/18/23 for a refund for a TCM replacement which I paid for. (It became a 'known issue' after I had the expensive repairs -2 of them). I was told by the customer service agent at the desk that the manager would call me by the following Tuesday to follow up. No call. Three weeks later I called (Dec 7) and there was no answer. I got a call back from the person who handles calls, and she (very nice) said she would ask the manager to call me asap. Five calls from me later, the last on Dec 14, I received a call from the manager ***** (very nice) on Dec 19, who said the paperwork was under review and that I would probably receive a full refund. In my response to the survey I cited the month that it took to get word that the paperwork had been properly received and logged, which was all I wanted.Someone named ******** emailed me and was belligerent, saying I shouldn't have given a bad review as the refund was 'expedited'. This went on for (at this count) 3 emails.If it continues I will file a claim for harassment.Review from Marian M

I had a horrible experience with Serramonte Ford service department. I got a letter from **** saying I had an extended warranty on a problem where my engine cuts out. My engine has cut out three times going up hills, so I brought it in with the letter made an appointment and dropped it off. I told them to not charge me for anything until I know about it. You need to call me if it cost money so they never called me back until the end of the day and they said we found nothing wrong with your car. I said well there is something wrong with it. They said we drove it *************************************************************************************************************** back my car and they said well that will cost you $249. I said what for all you did is spend my gas driving for 70 miles you didnt fix anything you did nothing why should I pay you $249 and they said cause thats what it cost I was furious .the service manager that was rude and I thought twice about walking out without paying but Im not that type of person I think it Ill pay for it and then try to see what I can do to get my money back I feel like I was taking advantage because Im a woman. Then I called **** main headquarters to tell them about this. The ones that sent me the letter and they said well they can do that I was ripped off and taken advantage because I was a woman they were all so rude in that service department. I recently had a terrible experience with Serramonte Ford **** I own a 2020 **** Raptor that has been making grinding noises and is about to be out of warranty in less than **** miles. ** address the issue, I booked an appointment with this dealership over 10 days in advance for Saturday, Feb 25th, 2023. However, on the day of my appointment, I received a call from a representative named *****, 2 hours prior to the appointment, informing me that they would be canceling my appointment as they do not do diagnostics on weekends. The next available appointment would be two weeks later. This means that my truck would most likely be out of warranty by the time of my next appointment.I found *****'s excuse to be unconvincing and his attitude unhelpful. Not only did he cancel my appointment at the last minute, but he also showed a complete lack of concern for my situation. When I asked if I could bring my truck in on Monday, he was unwilling to help me and was very rude.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from ********************** **** I had planned my entire day around bringing my truck to the dealership and had not made any other plans. Spending almost $100k on a truck, one would expect to receive decent treatment from a reputable dealership, but this was not the case.In conclusion, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in need of vehicle repairs or maintenance. Their unprofessionalism and inability to fulfill scheduled appointments do not meet the standards of a reputable dealership.Review from Anthony W

So I was shopping online for a car and came across a Challenger Hellcat that this dealership was selling. I sent an inquiry via Autotrader to the dealer and got a response from ******************************* with a link to the video. I saw the car online and gave my info so I could speak to someone. **** called me 11/15 and 11/16 about the car. 11/15 he informed me the car was getting detailed and prepped as they just got it in on trade. The next day 11/16 he is sending me text and calling advising me that a lot of people are interested in the car. I told him I was trading in my vehicle and he wanted pics of the car and my vin number for it. I sent pics and my vin to him. He then sent me a link asking me to do a online app. He then tells me to wait as they have a guy in the office right now looking at the car. After a few calls and text he tells me the deal fell through and to fill out the app cause the car is mine and lets make a deal. I fill out the app and within in 10mins of submission he calls me and tells me he has bad news. The car is sold. I was like wait a minute you just got all my info and you went from the car is yours and lets do this to the car is sold sorry. I was pissed! We ended the call and I thought about it so I called him back and said " it seemed like you were playing me against someone else" . He said no that wasn't it at all and sometimes these things just happen. I said well you even told me to hurry up and get my app in cause there was someone else coming in the dealership in 30mins. So I asked did you sell it to the guy we were waiting for and he said yes but change his story a minute later and said it was an online sale. I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and this is not my first rodeo. I just don't like shady business and I feel that is what happened to me in this case. I would forwarn people that are interested in a car here to go to lot and make the deal cause their word means nothing.Review from Yolanda M.

I brought a brand new **** Fusion ************************** the shop . My system service light continues to come on , but no one knows what is going on . I was told to bring it in when the light is on . I did. I always feel like I am bothering staff about my car . They do not make this model any more . I am not happy . I have a brand new car , But I am riding the bus these days . My car has stayed for a week twice , and I still do not know what is wrong with my car . That I no longer want . I had not had a car in a long time , and I am really disappointed .
