      On October 11, 2021 I had a service call from ****. I was experiencing issues with my washing machine. It appeared that there was a problem with the spin cycle and, often, my clothes would still be completely wet as if they had never gone through a spin cycle. **** arrived, said he had but the machine into a diagnosis mode, didn't find an issues, he said he reset the machine, leveled it out and said it should be fine. I went to run some laundry and noticed half of my control panel options didn't work, and the machine barely filled with water when I ran loads. I called him back and he said he reset it again and that i would need to wait over 30 minutes for the control panel to reset. I waited several hours before running another load. Many of the functions had returned, but not all of them, and the water levels were still not filling up to where they should be. I contacted the person who had been scheduling these appointments, and he said he spoke to **** and that a new control panel was needed and that price would be $500-700. I told him there was no problem with the control panel before **** touched it, and that the cost of repair was the price of a new machine. I never heard back about scheduling another appointment to have somebody come try to fix the problem. Now I have a machine that is not working correctly, and the problem I am experiencing would have never happened if I hadn't hired this company to work on it. Their solution isn't practical... they want me to possibly pay more than the cost of replacing the machine to fix it? I am honestly shocked that a company would operate this way. Then to ignore me when I call them out on it is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and just flat out wrong.
