I had my car towed to what I thought was a shop I’ll let the gentleman know that I needed repairs done on my car and that most of my work from the accident that needed to be done was under the car he did not inform me that he was only a body shop and not an auto mechanic shop so I proceeded to get my car fixed through them when my car was ready and I picked my car up my speaker box had been stolen out of my car as well as shoes close personal belongings Exc. hi immediately told the person that on the shop that things have been stolen out of my car when he got there all he said was he can take $100 off of my bill for my losses I asked him can I see his cameras because I think cameras on the side of the building he told me that they did not work and that I just had to take a loss he tried to offer me a speaker box that had been sitting around in his garage the speaker did not work after I left I noticed that my car oil light kept coming on the smell was horrible I proceeded to get on the freeway and my bumper started flapping off so I immediately called the owner of the shop and let him know my concerns he told me to come back to the shop when I came back to the shop no one was there he told me to come the following Monday when I came the following Monday again no one was there he proceeded to ignore my call so I went Tuesday after I got off work just for him to drive my car around and tell me that nothing was wrong and that he’s not a mechanic shop he’s only a body shop I told him that I feel like he should have told me that in the beginning instead of trying to fix my car proceeded to take my money I feel like he just was being very ****** and he pocket of the money I let him know that I did in fact file a police report and I told him if we can make things right he did not want to do that so I told him I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. There were repairs that he charged me for that he did not complete.
