I went to location to donate they only paid my half do to unsuccessful donation I believe the error was no on my part they only stuck me twice in both arms procedure for another employee to do a restick that did not happen she look at arm sent my machine into return I talk to manager he stated I can return then he went out the room located in room 7 came back said he to to director I cant return do to a past donation 6plus months again I was there as a new donor the first donation on 2/10/24 my hydration at 49 they said was to high that the reason then my second visit it was at 46h still couldnt donate its not my fault they was an inexperienced employee that could no perform her duties because its on the the donor but also on the plasma center to ensure proper service I left arm hurting left a bump or knot where the needles were injected at!!!! Im wanting them to pay me the full compensation amount of $125.00 not half they only paidCustomer response

This incident occurred on 2/12/24 that day I only received partial payment , again Im asking for full payment of $125.00 thank youBusiness response

The Donor contacted ***************** about this payment before they had a chance to call him. The Donor had called in a complaint to our Donor ********************* and it was forwarded to the center to handle. The Donor's payment was corrected, and the Donor was pleased with the outcome. The Donor will be back in to donate again once his arm has healed.
