WE PURCHASED 2020 CHRYSTLER 300 IN SEPT 2022 WITH MOM **** ***** , UPON PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE A DUE BILL FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS WRONG WITH CAR WERE PROMISED TO BE FIXED I CALLED SPOKE TO A ***** AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO LEAVE VEHICLE FOR SEVERAL DAYS , AND A LOAN CAR WOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE I WAITED FOR THE PARTS TO ARRIVE WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS TOLD PARTS WERE RETURNED AND WOULD NEED TO BE REORDERED, I GAVE IT SOME TIME AND CALLED AND WAS TOLD BY A SUPERVISOR **** THAT ***** WAS NO LONGER THERE AS AN EMPLOYEE AND IT WAS ALL NEW MANAGEMENT AND HE COULD NOT GUARANTEE THE DUE BILL BEING FULFILLED AS IT WAS SO LONG PAST TIME OF PURCHASE , I WENT IN AND A SEAT BELT WAS REPLACED BUT THE TEAR IN UPHOLSTERY WAS NOT ADDRESSED AND DAMAGE TO DOOR PANEL , AND SEAL ON TRUNK OR NEW TRUNK LATCH INSTALLED IT WAS JUST ADJUSTED TO PACIFY THE NEED THIS PERSON **** IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND ARROGANT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY NOT AN EMPLOYEE ANYMORE NOW ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALL *****.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle a little over 2 months ago and on day 6 of having the vehicle the engine light on they took the car back had it a day told me come get it not even a week later the vehicle shut off they had the vehicle for almost a week said they fixed all problems I got the car and not even 2 weeks after I shut off again they came and had the car towed to them then had it another 9 days I got the vehicle back and had it two days and it shut off and wouldn't start again I informed my bank of the issues and told them until the vehicle was fixed and not a lemon I would not be paying the payment now that the dealership has my vehicle they are telling me to make my payment or the refuse to fix it or make things right now feel like this is against my rights I want it either cleared from my credit or it made right and they are refusingInitial Complaint

I got a car from IE auto exchange in ****** on 7/9/22. We agreed that the car needed a new stereo and hub caps on wheels. I have repeatedly called them to get their fixed and I have had to reply or call back. I just called and was left on hold for 20 minutes, I guess they knew I will hang up. It was stated on my paperwork that they had to replace the stereo but they have no integrity! I will be following up with their corporate.Business response
