              I want to say hired but Mr ********************** office took on my ss disability case in December 2023. I was pleased about this because my dear close friend had used his office with good results with a whole lot of help from his sister doing a bunch leg work. So I was willing to do leg work as much as I could in my condition. Time went by I emailed multiple documents to ********************** office to help best I could and spoke to multiple people at his office asking could I get update when could I speak with any attorney I had many questions and I sent over a copy of letter I received from social security stating any further questions would be directed to ********************** office. Then couple weeks ago I get message from his office stating my case closed stating his office could not get in touch with me. Really??? Then I received 3 phone calls I. 7 days asking if I wanted to reopen my case and of course I said yes so the last call I received I asked lady does ********************** know his staff has called me 3 times asking same thing?? She acted very mad tell in her voice but I was very serious so next thing I know I receive letter via email that after looking at the case again he would not be taking my case. What??? Cause I dared ask if he knew if I dared to speak to a lawyer?? What?? I have say I grew up in ** with a close friend whos father was a lawyer and a judge and I used him quite a few times before I moved to ca and first his office over the top professional cared greatly about his clients and I always spoke to him personally so I went ahead and agreed to let ********************** represent me bc of my friend but just because I dared ask a question his office suddenly drop my case. I am so disappointed that his office staff does this kind of thing. What happened to communication great customer service no retaliation for having a brain. So upset that any attorney offfce would condone such conduct knowing peoples lives depend on him and his staff!!

              I hired the offices of Bill LaTour after seeing his commercial claiming he is both an attorney *** a psychologist, supposedly giving him an edge over the competition. What they fail to tell you is that his firm is so immensely large, that not only does he personally have nothing to do with your case, but you will be bounced around thru 10 different "assistants" (never an attorney), who none of which have any professional legal experience on how to advise someone. Not only have they made numerous errors with paperwork, but I myself had to initiate both appeals due to their incompetence and lack of urgency. Trust me, DO NIT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I have had to many months added to my wait due to them not following up or returning my calls. This last month I have called *** left 3 separate urgent voicemails explaining I need to speak with an attorney immediately, as well as 3 additional text messages stating the urgency of needing to speak with someone. Going on three weeks now, and still not a single reply or callback. Take my word for it, when firms only care about money *** getting as many possible cases as possible, you will not EVER get the personal attention you deserve. I wish I knew more about the process when I started, as I could've saved myself so much time and dissapointment. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you're serious about trying to receive professional help, because you WILL NOT GET IT.
