            This is the letter I sent on June 14, 2022 and got no response. **** *****, CEO ********* Shutters *** ** ****** ***. Colton, CA ***** Re: Refund $3730 Long Overdue Dear Mr. *****, I purchased both shutters and blinds working with salesperson Deb *****. We signed the contract/order form (#******* on June 20, 2021. The shutters and blinds were installed on September 9, 2021. I immediately noticed that the blinds were not as ordered. I ordered sheer and they were blackout. I contacted Ms. ***** who acknowledged that she has written the wrong code on the contract/order form. She did correctly write “CLR” in another part of the form. However, no one at ********* Shutters caught the discrepancy. She then put in another order for the correct blinds. Months went by and no new shutters. I finally received an explanation from ****** who works in the office. She told me that the manufacturer no longer made those blinds. She said the company could order from a new company or I could get a refund. I chose a refund of $3730. I then waited for my refund. Nothing. I called ****** several times who is a really nice person. She explained that the office was hit hard by Covid so there was a delay. She then told me later that she had sent the request to refund my charge card. I told her I paid cash. (See attached copies of cancelled checks). She had to resubmit. Still no refund. I called more and she said it was mailed by accounting. I told her I didn’t get it. Waited more. Called ****** she said mailed again and personally walked to the mailbox. I waited three weeks. No refund. I called again and asked ****** ** send with USPS tracking. That was June 2, 2022. No refund. No contact. I have been extraordinarily patient waiting for my refund because I know that many companies have experienced supply problems and employees have been ill. Unfortunately, I am at the end of my patience. Please help me to promptly receive my refund after nine months.

            Re Mirror Closet Doors - It took over 3 months to ORDER 1 Closet Door - THEIR WEBSITE states Outstanding Quality/ Ran by FAMILY Members/ MADE to ORDER Closet DOORS/ WORLD CLASS QUALITY. I Really Liked the looks of the Mirrored Closet Door and I only need 1 Set for my Main BedRoom Closet door! I was told it would take 3 MONTHS for 1 door to be made even though their website states it will be made 28-Working Days and will be Delivered in 3 to 5 business days. I paid $1,400 for what I thought I was getting a custom top of the LINE Closet DOOR! BUT when Installed **** aka the ONLY EMPLOYEE that I was told ********* SHUTTERs has to installed did a Crapy Installation. The Frame he installed had scratch marks all over near the **** Holes and the DOOR was out of an Alignment! Before he left - I showed him the Crooked closet door and he SLAMMED it shut and said THERE - IT's FIXED and walked out ! I was SO upset at the shoddy job done on my Custom Mirrored Closet doors that I paid $1,400.00 for! I had what looked like Sandpaper Scratches All over the Frame besides Thick Scratch Marks! I contacted ************************** and sent over 2 doz pictures to them and was told they would REPLACE the entire Frame and adjust the mirror Door! I asked for a DIFFERENT Installer and was TOLD THEY have none! ONLY ************************* for the entire ********** area! He was Sent out but was SO RUDE to me! He Looked at the Marks on the Fame he installed and grumbled under his breath! Walked out to his Van to Get a Can of SPRAY PAINT. I told him I was told he was going to replace the entire FRAME - he laid into me - FINE - IT's GOING to look worse that what it does NOW but I will REPLACE the entire frame! I said if I wanted a ********** Job I would have bought it from them and not pay $1,400! Again he was grumbling ! He did the new frame and SPRAYED areas where the nail holes were. BUT NOW the frame has SHINNY Spray Paint in Different areas! Like to have $$$ Refund for all the Trouble
