DO NOT STAY HERE. Where do I begin... My friends and I were looking forward to a fun weekend at the NOS center, which nevertheless turned into a nightmare due to this hotel's lack of security. After the first night of our stay, we returned to find that our room was ransacked and burglarized. After further investigation, we learned that the room's window simply did not lock (despite setting the locks in both directions). As a result, my laptop, AirPods, and watch were stolen. To make matters worse, my friend's keys were also nabbed, and her CAR WAS STOLEN. After notifying the front desk, we were simply told to "call the police." Throughout the course of the weekend, management made no effort to assist in any way. Despite the clear lack of security, the hotel refused to accommodate by moving us to a new room. We were forced to sleep in the same room which was broken into, just that day. Funny enough, one of my friends locked himself out of the room while we were up waiting for the police well past sunrise. He let himself in through the window (ironically), and the hotel had the audacity to knock at our door to see if we were alright, just minutes after he had entered. Initially, we were told their surveillance footage did not cover the rear of the property... Clearly it does. The police said they would review the tapes, but it seemed they were in & out before any actual investigation was performed. I'd like to thank ERICA, the hotel's general manager, for running quite an elaborate scheme. Judging by the previous reviews, it seems the hotel is in cahoots with local thieves. We were even told by the police that the hotel "probably knows their windows don't lock."
