Had a trailer delivered September of 2022. Its now November 2023 and they still have not processed our registration, pink slip, or plates. Reached out multiple times and theyve made multiple broken promises. Now texts and phone calls have gone unanswered. Paid 20k for a trailer that sits in the driveway because we cannot use it since we STILL do not have tags or plates for it. Cant even obtain plates from the *** because trailers direct never processed the registration.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue,We have looked into the issue the trailer was not registered to ******************** the trailer was sold and registered to *******************Within our *** system the plates have been issued. I have attached a photo of the system stating plates have been issued.If the issue is them not receiving a physical copy they would be with the *** or the post office.If you need further assistance please let me know with what we can provide to help further help you out.Initial Complaint

ON 3/4/2023 I ******* ******** purchased a 2023 sky ******** UTIL color BLACK Trailer for 9,900.00$ from Sky trailers, address *** **** **** ****** CA phone number ************ They guaranteed the trailer would hold up to carry up to 9,995 lb and has warranty , on may 20 2023 at 5pm without any weight on the trailer I attempted to tilt the trailer by using the trailer built in hydraulic control to load it up the trailer hydraulic motor was starting to lift the trailer when the front part of the trailer frame broke .I took it back to sky trailers for repair on may 22-2023 they repaired the trailer and returned it back to me on may 23-2023 so called repaired. I retested the trailer on may 29 2023 by loading and unloading my personal 2016 ram 1500 truck after unloading my truck off the trailer I noticed the frame cracked again on a different side the frame that sky trailers had recently repaired.I took the trailer back to sky trailer on may 30 2023 for repair and spoke with ****** the supervisor they repaired it the same day. on may 31 2023 at 8 am, I retested the trailer again by loading and unloading my personal 2016 ram 1500 truck upon off loading the truck off the trailer I notice that not only the welds on the frame that sky trailers had recently repaired had broken again and the hydraulic piston that tilts the trailer for loading had bent the frame so I took back the broken trailer to sky trailers at *** **** **** ****** CA on may 30 2023 afternoon and spoke with ****** and told him I just want my money back and told him the trailer they sold me is not safe safe to operate on the road to please take back the trailer his company sold me and give me back the money I payed for it that was 9.900.00dollars plus 300.00dollars for the second repair cost he said they will NOT refund me any money back even though I'm still under warranty .The trailer is NOT SAFE to operate on the road its a safety HAZARD and puts other at risk.Initial Complaint

I bought a brand new trailer from Sky trailer in December of 2021. Trailer was delivered to me. I have talked to 4 different people there including the owners wife which handles DMV paper work. I have yet to receive my plates and tittle to the trailer. She stated I have to go to the DMV and get a duplicate. This is complete unprofessional As i paid for a service and they did not due what they needed to do I now have no tittle to my trailer and no plates. I can not drive this trailer anywhere. The running lights on my trailer do not work and it is a brand new trailer. not only do I not have paperwork to show i am the owner of the trailer in case i get pulled over i cant use the trailer without working lights. The lady that handles the DMV paperwork then notified me that they lost multiple files to multiple paperwork. this paperwork has sensitive personal information for myself and my husband. I need a resolution I need to get my plates to this trailer.
