            This location is a scam. I purchased a brand new transmission from the owner himself. Took several days to receive car. Had to call myself for updates as none were given. A week after receiving car had issues took back they did not want to help me then and there. Took vehicle back another time as still having issue did not get resolved. Took vehicle again as this was a hazard and dangerous for me to drive as car accelerated. They serviced my car for oil on Jan. 27 2024 and returned vehicle on feb 5th and they kept till feb9th stated all work was done and found nothing only day checked out of the 5 was feb9th. Car completely stopped driving the 11th and they do not want to fix as staring out of warranty after taken before with in warranty. As a women I feel discriminated and they do not do anything for customers very unprofessional. Several bad reviews on ****** and yelp. Attachment of owner stating no guarantees on cant transmission to function after 12k miles no where on warranty does it state that or during first transaction.Pink receipt verification from another shop of all codes are from the transmission.

            This shop has an APR of 150% on an agreement I signed under my credit to help fix the car of someone I knew. The person upgraded to a completely different transmission than the original required transmission for his vehicle which I did not approve of given it was on my credit information. Mind you a claim was never filed through insurance when this kid Daniel S***** J***, if that’s even his name as he is working under a false social security number and someone who has overstayed his visa in USA and is from Cucuta,Colombia. I’m not sure what kind of shop doesn’t check with the person whose information is being used to sign for a transmissions that’s not even the correct transmission for a 2020 Volkswagen GTI vehicle. Thank God I got out of this contract if not this guy would have left me to be a slave to an APR like that. The contract is under my name as if I bought this transmission which I did not and I will have to file this through my taxes as well. Please fix your office work and do not allow signing of paperwork under someone else’s name without the person being present.
