      I am filing a complaint against A Plus Auto center located in colton CA off of Mt. ****** ave. I just recently purchased this vehicle on March 1, 2021, and put 1,500 down same day. Within the 30 days 1,000 miles warranty provided the dealership/business said they would fix any issues. The same day I drove off the lot the battery cut off on me, and they came and put a new one in. The very next week the back rear window wouldn't roll up or down and a whole other business had to replace that for me. The warranty of course is now over, but since then its been about 7 months now since ive had the vehicle and now im replacing all 4 motor mounts which sit under the engine. The car wont start at all at the moment plus im stranded waiting on a resolution meanwhile. I still owe over 3,300 left in payments; ive never missed a payment but yet in still I cannot move in the vehicle. What can you do to resolve this issue ? The business has refused to talk to me about the issue, my problem they said

                     In response to ******* ******* complaint:

      Customer had purchased car March 1st and was told that she would get a 30 day 1000 mile limited warranted, although the warranty clearly states no battery since she had problems within the first few days of purchase A+ replaced the battery free of charge to keep customer happy. A few days later she had come in saying that her smaller back window for the convertible part didn't roll up automatically, again that part is also not under warranty but customer was very upset so we went ahead and told her that we would replace this last item but that that would be the end of anything that is not clearly stated in the warranty. Since then she has came in repeatedly month after month in a hostile way demanding that we replace normal maintenance items even though the warranty has clearly expired. I have told her that we would give her a good price but that it would not be free. In order to resolve this matter, I am willing to let her surrender the car back in its current condition and let her out of the rest of the contract.

      Hi good morning, this is ******* bruton replying to the business response message from A plus Auto center. 

      The business response is absolutely unsatisfactory. In my opinion the response given  doesn't indicate a resolution to the matter at all from what ive complaint about. I asked for either a full refund from the business, or to be placed in another working vehicle. Even if I agree to return the vehicle in current condition, ive lost out on the down payment and payments ive paid thus far, plus ill still be out of a vehicle all together; especially with no money at all being offered back to me for parts and labor or the vehicle as a whole.

      We at A Plus stand behind our original response, I feel that being as she is almost 7 times past the original warranty we provide that I would not be able to give her a full refund or additional car, with any car you are going to have regular maintenance and repairs at some point. I feel like she is asking for a unreasonable request.
