The end of December my vehicle was totaled out and I need a new vehicle so I could get to work. So I found some online through Hoblit motors me and my wife looked at them and then contacted the sales person and every time we would asked about another vehicle their was an excuse of why that one would not work . So eventually we got put in this truck and not even 2 months in to it the truck completely breaks down . And cant get any one to talk with me or helpBusiness response

The customer has not done business with ********************** Ford. He may have done business with one of our sister stores however there is no record of the client purchasing this vehicle at this location. All three of our dealerships are different businesses with different owners.Initial Complaint

On 9/06/21 I purchased a 2013 **** F-350 truck from Hoblit motors in ******. The price was $39,000.00, during the transaction with the salesman, ******, I was told that the second set of keys was to be delivered to the office by the original owner who had traded in the truck at the ****** office. I was told this would be done within the week and ****** had spoken to him personally. This was acceptable to me as the alternative was to purchase a new set for $299.00. After not receiving the key fob as promised I texted ****** on Sept. 16, his reply was I have contacted him, he is camping will have fob in about a week. Never receiving key fob, I contacted ****** on Oct. 11, no response, contacted again on Oct. 13, no response. On Oct. 15, I called the Hoblit ****** office and was given a sales manager, he replied that ****** was no longer an employee but he knew the previous owner and would get the key fob and reply to me within a day. Never happened, no return call. I emailed the ****** office and again no response. So as of now I have no key fob as promised, they will not respond to me by phone, email or text. I am asking for remedy in the form f a key fob for my truck and a formal apology as to the way I have been treated by Hoblit Motors.
