I made a purchase to this establishment on July 21st. The item was due to arrive July 27th it did not. I received an email there was an issue with the shipping and an exception had been made and shipping is stalled. No shipping information has been updated since July 28th. Yesterday July 31st I reached out to notify them of the issue and requesting a refund. They have refused to give me a refund telling me I need to just wait and see if it shows up. I refused this option and demanded a refund. They keep stating they escalated my refund and will provide me an update when they can. They have stolen money under false pretenses of proving a product and are refusing to refund the money for failure to deliver. Based on their reviews they are a fraudulent seller.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item and it is now defective and I want it replaced. *** sent countless emails to this company with no response. The order is: TDSF-******. This company does not honor the 365 guarantee of their product. I received a damaged item that was in my mailbox and i contacted this business. They will not refund my purchase, which was am accidental order, they owe me $45 worth and this wasn't them item i requested. I want my money back for all items, or a credit to order what i want. I have done and been cooperative with all they asked me to send, yet they will not honor their company policy. please helpCustomer response

I have tried getting this company to respond back to me they won't I even got the BBB involved and yet no response this company does not stand behind their 365 day back guarantee I requested a return and exchange for another item and nothing please don't do business with these people. They shipped me an item and still made me pay for it that I am trying to return and ask for a refund then they charged me another item that I did not authorize and will not give me my money back. Hello, I purchased 3 things from this company. What threw me off after I got my purchases was that two of my items didn't have any protective slips. While one item did, I went to the refund page because now this is an issue of sanitary issues. Upon going on the page they have a refund policy that's already fishy "you must email us in order to return your items" I had emailed them 10 different times and each time they ignore me. This company is a scam, all their reviews are fake, their email and telephone number doesn't work. And I feel as a consumer, that I was scammed out of my hard working money and I'm not able to get a refund back. This company has a LIST of bad complaints online. Please help me in getting my fund returned for my eligible items pleaseBusiness response

As a rule, we offer a 30-day refund and a two-year warranty.After 30 days, the refund portal will be automatically closed in the background.However, we do need to refund you for the hygiene issue you mentioned.
