On Nov. 13, I ordered 2 air globes for my 2 young grandchildren from this company, and paid $84.94 on my Paypal account (order #********. I was given a tracking number. On Dec 3, I sent this company an email, stating that I had not received this order, and that there had been no activity on the tracking number given. On Dec. 5, I received an email from this company, stating that they would send a replacement at no additional cost. In Dec 6, I received another email from them with a new order number, #******, with a promise of sending a tracking number later. I never got another email from them, and no tracking number. On Dec. 14, I received the globes. I immediately saw that these globes would not be safe for my grandchildren, as they were full of holes that they could get their little fingers caught in. On Dec 16, I sent this company an email, requesting an RMA number in order to return these globes, as a stated procedure on their return page. I also left a voicemail. I did not get a response to either message. On Dec. 18, I emailed them another request, with an explanation, for a return. No response. Today, Dec. 19, I called again. My calls have never been answered, I am always told there isn't anyone to answer the phone, and a voicemail is requested. I did not leave another voicemail. I am trying to move on this quickly because this company's return policy states returns must be made within 30 days. Some of the emails they sent went to my wife's email. Hers is *********************** Mine is ******************* I tried to send a copy of my receipt for these globes in this complaint, along with copies of emails sent, but am unable to do so. Have been emailing this business since 11/14/23 on order placed that day for a product offered ( Flying Spinner). I have requested shipping info and when I go to that link, it says label made but not yet shipped. Vendor keeps saying it was shipped. I have been waiting since 11/14 to get this product and feel like I am being scammed for the $48.98 charge for the product and another charge for $9.99 I don't even know what that is for. All that I get from them seems to be not true and it seems they have no intention to ship the product, if it even exists.
