      I signed up for Elite status and paid $120 for this. I tried to use my elite status to purchase an order and there was no discount. I emailed them to ask how to retrieve my elite status for order so I can get the discount and I have not gotten a response. I called an emailed and its been a week. They are supposed to respond within 48hrs but no response. I need a $120 refund since they wont acknowledge my Elite status and I never used this to purchase anything so basically they stole $120 from me.

      I am rejecting this response because: The issue has not been resolved. I never heard from anybody from ExhaleWell and my bank is still investigating it. Im still out $120 until this gets resolved. They are completely unprofessional and to write an incomplete sentence thats misspelled as your response is very telling.It just shows how unprofessional you are and that you dont care about your customers.

      I purchased a thc cartridge from them and can not use it because it is completely clogged. Have emailed customer service 3 times and called numerous times only to listen to a annoying song about sitting on hold. Not a very good business if they can't answer emails and care for customers

      In May of 2023 I ordered a 2-pack of CBD gummies for $147.00. Very expensive. They sent me one bottle. I contacted them 5/25 they said they would credit my account. I called again 6/1 they said they would reimburse me the $147.00 and havent heard or received anything as of 7/3/2023

      I placed an order for 3 bottles full spectrum cbd gummies and a 3 pack of cbd live resin gummies for a total of 6 bottles. The box was shipped on 4/21/2023 and received on 4/27/2023. I opened the box the same day and also notified the company within minutes of opening the box and discovering that there were 2 bottles of the full spectrum cbd gummies were not accounted for but I was charged for as the receipt in the box shows.I spoke to a representative ******************************* and she claims that it would be sent out. After multiple emails from her and responding with the pictures that they wanted and verification of what was missing, all communication has stopped. I have called the number multiple times and left my information and have not gotten any response. Since my communications with ****** has stopped, I emailed the customer service email and had a response from a representative by hjay. I gave my order number (******) and was told with a long generac response that my order was being shipped this week (original order not what was missing). I resent the message clearing that I was missing 2 bottles and what they were and after 2 emails from me, I have not received any response from him neither.This order (******) for your follow up with the company if your able to get ahold of someone. Thank you

They continued the subscription and failed to respond to my requests to stop shipping, refund my money and send me a shipping label to return the product. I threatened to contact the BBB and finally received the terrible (attached) reply.       On 3/17/23 I placed an order (Reference order no. #******) with this company for a total of 7 of the following item: EX-CBD-GUM-750 Full Spectrum CBD Gummies - 750mg.On 3/17/23, I received a partial shipment of only 2 of the 7 items I ordered. I reached out to customer service via email to advise them of the shortage and I received a generated response from the company apologizing for shipping delays and that order will be shipping within the next couple of days. I have still not received the remaining items and I have sent another follow up email to customer service to which now I have not received any response. I have attempted to call the customer service number multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. I would just like to either have the company ship my remaining products or issue me a refund for the order. Thank you for your assistance in helping me resolve this matter.

      Order was placed in beginning of March, on 3/14 Exhale emailed they were ********* due to the delay. Fed Ex site shows the label was printed on 3/14, but nothing else. My wife and I have tried emailing and calling but the only response we've gotten is that there are shipping delays ** of weather. It's been over a month since they said it was being sent. They refuse to ship, reimburse for all the issued or even refund. They won't even answer timely. We want the product ordered (******) and reimbursement for all the stress and hassle.

      I ordered product in 3/2/23. I received shipping notice but product never shipped, only a shipping label was created. I confirmed this info with ***** and emailed company questioning shipment status. After several unanswered emails; company finally emailed and stated the product was unavailable and I could cancel order and receive a refund. I agreed to cancel and get a refund. I was told I would receive the refund within **** business days. I never received the refund. After multiple attempts to call and email the company with no response I am forced to make a claim. I know they received my initial emails requesting an update on my refund because they have now block my email address from their server. I have no other recourse but to ask for help through the BBB in hopes that I can receive a refund and stop this from happening to other customers.

      I placed 2 separate orders on March 16 (order: ******; ******) during their March madness sale for their products. Each order was $69.95 so in total $139.90. On March 20 I received a notification they were shipped and a tracking number indicating a shipping label was created with ****** On March 27 I checked the tracking number after still not receiving my products and it showed ***** still had not received a package to ship. I went to their website and there was an option to chat with a representative. No one ever responded in the chat. I could not locate a phone number so I filled out the contact form requesting an update. The next day I received an email stating shipments were delayed due to weather and would be shipped soon. I waited another week and sent another response requesting a refund. A day later I got the exact same cookie cutter email stating delay due to weather and they would not issue a refund. Today is April 5th. I still have no product, the tracking number still shows ***** is still waiting on a package to ship to me and I still have no refund.
