Hello, I have tried to resolve this issue with the company to no avail. My wife purchased a grift of cigars for me in 2019. As many collectors do, and due to the special and rare nature of the cigars, I left the box sealed until recently. When I opened the box, I realized that what was listed on the company's website as included to be in the box was actually not. It was completely different. The box purchased was supposed to include cigars with 2014 bands, as well as a cigar called a "king power". When I opened the box the bands were in fact not 2014. And there was no king power cigar included. The bands were different and the king power was replaced by something else. I have included pictures of my cigars when I opened the box, proof from the companies website as to what should have been included and pictures as proof that I, indeed, do have the set that should have included the the 2014 bands and king power cigar. My box and packaging are all labeled as november(fall) 2019. The cigars included are from the may(spring)2020 release. This would not have been purchased had my wife known that the cigars inside were different that advertised. The company has told me to contact the retail store where I purchased. They do not guarantee the product. The manufacturer, god of fire, does. The retailer simply sold me their product. I would like the company to make this right by exchanging the product. If they cannot do that, I would like them to make this situation whole in another way. Thank you for the help in this matter and I look forward to getting it resolved. ****** *******
