I placed an order for three items.Took forever to get them when I finally did the sizes were much too large. prior to buying I read the refund/exchange policy online to make sure that was an option. it states that you can return or exchange but have to pay the shipping. when the old item is received you then will have the new size requested sent back to you at no additional cost.the sizes were much too large for my daughter and she didn't like one thing so I did exactly as the website told me and email the email provided.first email was a response back saying that i had 4 options. none of the being the exchange for the sizes I wanted. they were all weird we can refund $24 and you can keep the items, the second was something like you can keep them for store credit worth $48, the next was like you can keep them and only pay a portion of the new sizes you needed, needless to say none of the actual simple exchange/return I needed.then the emails continued with just the most random responses. one person telling me I can return the items and need to place a new order (meaning I would have to pay shipping again) another email was them saying I can return easily using the portal - the portal gives zero exchange options.Each response being insanely confusing and robotic. I AM JUST TRYING TO EXCHANGE TWO ITEMS AND RETURN ONE. the website makes it sound like such an easy process and I am still struggling to do so.for such a black and white simple request I dont get why this is a 15 email issue that is still not resolved. no wonder this company has an F rating on here. buyer beware.Initial Complaint

This was a birthday gift for my child. Aelfric Eden shirt, hoodie and shoes.The company told me they couldn't find my address and will have the delivery company try again. A few day later, the company told me the package was sent back to them in ***** but they never refunded my money. Please have them refund my money. This company is a fraud!!! I ordered a hoodie right after Christmas and they said that it was out of stock and then they said it got back in stock and said that they would ship it and they never did. I never got it.Initial Complaint

On 12/8/23 I ordered two items ORDER number AE742183:1. washed bow distressed sweater- $29.98 2. star crochet sweater - $59. 95 I have informed the company via email multiple times that I did not receive the one item (washed bow distressed sweater) on 12/25/23, 12/27/23, 12/31/23, 1/19/24. I was provided a tracking number for a carrier that called drivegomo. Tracking number 4PX3000885444477CN this tracking number was invalid. I purchased these items via Klarna which I have disputed with Klarna as well. I have paid thus far $44.96 I am willing to pay the remaining balance for the ONE item I received however I am requesting a refund for the washed bow distressed sweater, because I did not receive the item. I have tried to resolve this with their customer service but they keep saying I received the item, and I only received one item. Will provide additional emails if needed.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas and it was too big. The company approved my refund and I shipped it back but never received the refund. I cannot get the item or my money back.
