I ordered shirts with rue porter at the beginning of 2023. It took months to receive the shirts only to find out they had changed their sizing and all the shirts were off. Therefore, I contacted their team for a refund. I had a correspondence by email with someone named ******** ********************************* from July 14th to August 8th (when ******** decided to stop replying to my messages). I sent back all of their shirts as was asked and even PAID the return fees myself (around 80 because Im shipping from ******). The last message was confirming the refund amount (which was 299), but they said it shouldve been (******). Placed an order for a sweatshirt in November. Kept receiving emails that it was in back stock. I followed up multiple times and they kept emailing the same story. Its been 6 months and now they say I have to file a chargeback through my bank because they lost all the old orders. I want a refund . They have the order number. Hi, Last Black Friday on Nobember 28th I ordered clothes from Rue Porter for ****** $. I've had ordered clothes from them before, two times, in those cases I received what I purchased. This time I have not received anything yet. I have sent dozens of e-mails, they barely answer and even is they rarely do is after 2,3 weeks. And even then they try to deceive me, saying they don't have stock and they will receive stock in the following 2-3 weeks, they told me this at least 2 times. Meanwhile on their website says: All orders shipped within 1-3 days. On March. 13. I filed a dispute through my online card provider: Curve. They filed a dispute on my behalf to MasterCard. On March 24. ******** from Rue Porter sent me an e-mail saying that they are sending me a refund. I have not received any money yet. But at this point, in the 5th month since I placed my Black Friday order, I want more then my money back. They stole my time, patience and trust in them. I want my refund and the order I placed to be delivered or at least a significant (70-90%) discount for my next order. I like their garments but this service is outrageous. And I want them to reply to my e-mails in ***** hours not after 3 weeks or never, I want them to take me seriously as they should all of their costumers.P.S.: I couldn't find their phisical address, the addess I provided is not right. They don't have it on their website, only two e-mail addresses.Looking forward to the resolution and compensation for my complaint.Mozes.
