      The white manager of *********************************************** store #*** accused my 13 year old daughter of stealing a pack of meat. When I went to confront him he said he was watching us, he said he saw us pick of the pack of meat and then the meat disappeared. I told him to check his cameras he refused. So now Im think you watch all the black customers. There was a white customer looking at meat too how come he didnt harassed her. He knew he was n the wrong and all he had to do was apologize to my child but no he turn his back to us like he was busy watching more customers in the store

      I was in the store shopping for three elderly people. I delegated their items as I did not want to mix up the orders. I had to check to of their cards. When I got to the register I said I needed help checking the balance on two cards. I said Im not done with my order. I need to check the balance on these cards first so I can see if they had enough for all the items or if I had to call to let them know I was leaving some items or if I was getting everything. At that moment one of the employees just started grabbing my stuff taking it out of the cart. I said hey what are you doing. She said Im taking it back. So I check the balance. And still continue to shop at this store after someone putting there hands on me and removing the items in my cart. The only way to get back in the store once you get in the line is to walk out the store and come back in. I did that. I went back in and got the rest of the items I was told to get. Now I get back to the register and all the items the woman manhandled me for were put back. So now I have to go back into the store again. This time I cant find the manager ****. So I had to call the store while in the store. He said he knew what happened and that was their policy to take away my items because I didnt want to pay for them right then and there. I only wanted to check the balance on the cards. And since I left the store he told the employee to put the items back. I said I had to leave the store to get back in the store to get the rest of the items I needed. He tells me I can call back next week to speak to the general manager if the way I was treated was a problem with me. So now I have gotten the rest of the items. I called two of the residents and I was telling them what happened and how I was running late because I have to go back and get her stuff because it was taken from me. One of the three women I was shopping for said she refuses to spend money on a store after being treated that way. I am not finished but no more space

      Horrible company to do online ordering. I ordered 2 cases of First Street boneless skinless chicken thighs for delivery because the store closest to me supposedly does not have them. A shopper filled the order and delivered 2 First Street boneless thighs and 6 packages of ***** boneless skinless chicken thighs. So a 40lb cases cost $64 + change . I called online ordering customer service, never got a call back but a text from **** stating they will fix it. Credit card charged $172+ change. Called again, left message (NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY MULTIPLE CALLS.but received email they will fix it. Credit card $142+ change which is still incorrect since I did not receive 80 lbs of FIRST STREET. Called again, left message again and emailed 3 different people at smartanfinal. No response from anyone. This is the second time I ordered online and the same thing happened. Twice burned, will not be a third time. I am contacting the BBB. According to BBB website, "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED."

      Is an ongoing issue with Smart & Final overcharging on items when getting rung up at the register. Prices are on the product, but when paying, noticed a higher price. It's been 3 different occasions and today I called corporate, but the Staff didn't seem to care due to that they only took my name and not my number to follow up. Buyers beware and look at your receipt before leaving the store.

      I was walking down an isle as I was about to turn a girl with her cart walk in front of me and left her car in front of me as she picked up a few boxes very slowly.. I waited until she was done. As she moved forward she still was in the way of the lane and looked at me and said "you could say excuse me". I then said , excuse me that is extremely rude. She said you are rude and ran off. I was shocked. Then asked to speak to the manager. Come to find out she was the assistant manager. I could see a teenager acting like that, but she was an adult. Who happened to be representing the company.
