My girlfriend applied for this program back in July 2024 through maravilla foundation because we need a new water heater and its been over 2 months waiting for a replacement water heater and all we get is the run around. 3 different techs have come out to look at the water heater and all they say is yea its leaking you need a new one then leaves. The first tech even made us take off our door to the laundry room because he said there needs to be ventilation and they wont replace the water heater if the door is there so we removed it. I called the Receptionist to complain and ask when this is going to be completed and she just told me basically to wait in line. Today 5 sept 2024 , another tech came, again looked at the water heater and again said yes its leaking then left. It has been over two months with three different techs coming to our home to tell me the same thing about the water heater leaking then they leave. This is very concerning as it has been over 2 months, the water heater is leaking around our washer and dryer and we have children who need to bath in ice cold water for school and we still get no help. I tried contacting the business but was left on hold for over 10 min then when I finally reached the receptionist she just had a huge attitude, was very rude and jus told me basically oh well and to basically wait in line .Initial Complaint

The *** in *********** sent me information about Maravilla Foundation and after reading about it and going thru the requirements to apply, I printed out the application and all supported documents listed in the application form.I filled out the application, printed out all required documents, reviewed each one, checked marked the application to make sure I was submitting every details listed, and put the entire package in a manila envelope, and mailed it to them. I spent $10.00 in postage and prints.This was done January 19th, 2024.Today, February 16th, 2024, I called Maravilla to check the status of my application, and the representative told me that it had been denied because I had not submitted proof of income, which I did, when I said that I had proof that I did, she changed to that I had not submitted the electrical bill, which I did, then she said that she couldnt help me, and transfer me to a voicemail where I left a detailed message, but nobody has called.I spent time and money, and completed step by step the application.There is absolutely no reason to why they denied this application other than pure incompetence , very unfortunate.Initial Complaint

I submitted an application online for **** program through the Mar Villa Foundation, they waited for about a month to contact me to tell me that they needed another light bill and that they were going to cancel my original application and mail me one out and to submit a Past Due Light Bill with it, a couple of weeks go by and I get the application in the mail, filled out everything requested and submitted everything they were requesting, now on Aug. 4th I get a voicemail telling me I need to send in a Light Bill for July they can't work with a Past Due light bill I sent in. I have been trying to get my Light Bill Paid since April 2022 and here it is August 2022 and they keep saying to submit a regular light bill I do that, then they say submit a Past Due light bill I do that, now it's we can't work with a Past Due light bill we July' s light bill and If I don't submit it in 24 hrs I will have to do my application all over again. Please help.Business response
