      I ordered a night vision camera for a scoop a when I received the product the camera would not come on. So I ask for a return an refund through companys email an I got email that said someone will help you in 24/48 hours, well I have sent 6 Emails an all I get is same response, someone will be with you in 24/48 hours but no one has called.

      I purchased a pair of night vision binoculars on Nov 28th. I believe, give or take a few days. When I received the product it did not work. You could tell it had already been opened by someone. When I contacted the company they offered to give me half my money back if I would keep the product. Their return policy says they take returns for the first 30 days witch I'm clearly within. *** asked for the return Information on 2 separate emails and have not heard anything. It has been 5 days now and it's clear these people are a scam and I'm not getting a refund.

      On 12/06/2022 I was researching about wildlife trail cams because I wanted to buy a cam for watching birds. ************** came up in my feed. They looked like an honest company with very good reviews. I should have done better investigation of this online business, because the reviews were fake or stolen and it is impossible to leave this company a review on their website. I ended up purchasing a trail cam from them. I received my trail cam on 12/14/2022 and noticed the packaging was not factory sealed. This was worrisome as I had been lead to believe my cam would be new and unused. I read the instructions carefully and no matter what I did the unit would not turn on. I tried changing batteries, using the power cord adapter, turning it on in a dark room etc etc. I communicated this to SecureLyfe. They responded: Hi ****, We test and inspect each and every unit prior to shipment to make sure they are fully functional and in the best condition. Would you be able to take a quick video recording of the issue? We want to see the device in action so we can provide the appropriate troubleshooting as necessary or as applicable and for documentation purposes. www.************** Hello********..(Please also read my detailed email to you from yesterday). I just have one more question for you...If the product I paid for from you is indeed new and unused in the box, from the maker of the product...Why would you open the box and test the product? It should have a warranty. This tells me that I am right... that the product you sold me is not new from factory. You never disclosed that on your website. In the US, products sold used must be listed "used" and sold "AS IS" if there is no warranty. **** **** This company has scammed other people. They have a suspicious Facebook page and Instagram page too.
