      Ordered an item from this vendor Timeless Treasures Brand. It has been several months and I have received no items. I keep getting the run around from the company *********** said it shipped May 23 but they don't have a current shipping number. The package using the original number the company gave me shows the shipment was canceled. Compounding the problem the company was sending a free gift saying it shipped also. Neither item has been delivered. What are the chances 2 seperate shipments would fail to deliver.*********** has my money. I dont have the item I ordered. *********** is vaque at best telling me where the package is. I think they have stolen my money.

      I purchased a silver pearl **** the first **** in ***** I was sent a gold colored pearl **** instead. I wrote for an exchange. They asked I send picture of what I received. I sent them the picture they requested. I was told I had to pay to ship back the item, which I did. I shipped to the item at the return address. They then said I should have returned it to the seller, which I believe is over seas. They then asked for the receipt from the ************ including the tracking number. I have not heard anything back. I emailed for a refund, also with no response. I have never dealt with an online company like this. Please advise. Thank you.

      I ordered and paid for two pairs of earrings from Timeless Treasures Brand Co in early March and received one correct pair and one incorrect pair. After repeated requests to have this corrected, and repeated responses from the company's representative, "*****", I have been put off again and again, always being reassured that the problem is being remedied, when it appears that nothing at all is being done to make this right.As requested, I sent a picture of the incorrect earrings and on March 13, 2024 "*****" responded, "Thanks for sending the photo! We're sorry if you received the wrong product instead of the Blue Stone Cross Earrings. We have strict quality control but sometimes errors can still happen. But don't worry, we will send you the correct one!"I responded to an ad on Instagram. They continue to advertise on the site and I feel that this is not a legitimate company and that others will be likewise disappointed. I would like to see them take responsibility for their actions, and I am requesting that the earrings I ordered and paid for be sent to me at this time.Thank you ~ *******************

      I ordered a ring off of ******** from this timeless treasure brand company with it. They said they send a free gift. I got the free gift but the ring was not in the package. I sent them an email immediately didnt hear anything back for over a week Ive sent them emails after emails after emails now they say I didnt comply with their email. I didnt get one other than them saying oh the ring was in there. No it wasnt.

      Unfortunately, I may be filing a claim against Timeless Treasures Brand Co, where the ** address is what I have filled in for this claim. I have emails from them trying to give me options of a lower refund price of only 30% for three items(earrings that were not as depicted on their website)out of six that I would like to return to avoid having to return the items to ***** at my cost. The issue is, however, that their website offers free returns, and I have a screenshot of the advertisement for free returns. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have regarding what I should do. I researched my cost for the weight of my return (just under 1 oz) to *****, about $20, as opposed to receiving 30% of the total value of the return, $73, (0.3X73=22), which is what they are trying to offer me as another option : (
