I ordered the Luckyberry 3 Person Outdoor Large Canopy Swing Chair With PVC Roof using their 20% off coupon on 1/9/2024 (total was $344.00), but they never shipped it and did not send any follow-up emails, no shipping confirmation or tracking number, except for the original order confirmation on 1/9. I emailed them 2 times (on 1/18 and 1/30) and threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and to write a bad review, but still nothing. So my spouse requested a refund through our Citibank card which is what we used to pay for the swing chair, and Citibank granted us the credit. Much to our surprise, Luckyberry appealed this by falsely claiming that they did deliver our swing chair and used generic documents like a map of our address, which does not prove that they delivered anything. Citibank unfortunately granted Luckyberry's claim and reversed the credit! So now we have to dispute this appeal to get our money back! This is completely unacceptable and deceitful. Not only did they not deliver on our order and not reply to any of my emails, but now they're falsely claiming that they delivered our order! They have no contact phone number so I could only email them at **************************. They have a ******** page but their last post was Oct 2023. So there are many things about this business that seems suspicious. I am attaching 3 documents: 1) my Luckberry account page showing that the order is confirmed (but with no updates the the order was ever shipped or delivered), 2) print out of my emails to Luckberry on 1/18 and 1/30, and 3) Citibank's letter to us about the reversed credit.
