Minus the cost issues, my items were picked up on 6/20/2024, first delivery date of 6/21/2024 and only half delivered on 6/30/2024. At the beginning of them unloading, I noticed that the items they were unloading werent mine. Once they completed unloading, I noticed only half of my items had arrived. The driver called the manager and reported it immediately. As it was midnight when they finished, I signed the paperwork without verifying. I gave it a week then attempted to contact Loadrans. I kept getting low level customer service people that said they could not transfer the call and would let dispatch know to call me, no one ever did. After trying multiple numbers and calling back daily, I finally got ahold of a person named ***** on 7/9/2024. He said he was aware of the situation and would personally look in to it. He emailed me so I could respond with pictures and list of my missing items, attaching his direct line. I emailed him list with the photos. I called every few days, told I just needed to wait. On 7/17/2024, I was told my items had made it from *********** to my location and the driver would reach out within the next couple of days to schedule delivery. On 7/22/2024, I was given the drivers contact info. He said he had nothing on his truck. On 7/24/2024, I was told they were waiting on the schedule to be final. On 7/29/2024 and was told that the schedule hasnt been finalized, wont be until Tuesday and that a driver was never assigned. On 7/31/2024, no one would give me an update. On 8/1/2024 and was told that my stuff was still in LA and I just needed to wait for a driver to be assigned. At this point, it has caused me a lot of undue hardship as the missing items are items I actually need. I am continuously given the runaround with no real answer of where my items actually are. It has been 45 days from pick-up , 44 from first available delivery. 35 days (25 business days) from delivery of half with no real update on my items.
