            BBB opened an investigation into this firm due to the number of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore, consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On August 20 and September 3, 2024 the BBB contacted the company regarding our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

            The Federal Trade Commission’s Prompt Delivery Rules "spells out the ground rules for making promises about shipments, notifying consumers about unexpected delays, and refunding consumers' money.             Original purchase date: 6/12/2024 Original items purchased: waterproof tactical shorts (2) size 36W Order received: 6/29/2024 Items received: waterproof tactical shorts (2) size 38W - emailed company stating received incorrect size, asked for exchange - company responded asking for pictures, sent pictures of incorrect size - mailed back original contents 7/1/2024 - emailed 7/29/2024 asking where the exchanged items were - stated that there was an issue with ***** saying that the tracking info says parcel is undeliverable - personally contacted **** multiple times, they stated that the parcel could not be located - emailed merchant 8/9/24, 8/12/24 and 8/13/24 requesting a refund and they skirt around the request asking questions whether or not Ive contacted ****. They WILL NOT issue a refund

            Tactical World Store is a SCAM and buyer should be very aware. I received the wrong color and size on tactical pants that I ordered. I emailed the company requesting a refund but they insisted I do an exchange (this was after weeks of trying to contact them). So I did that, sent back the old pants but never received confirmation that they received them or that the correct pants shipped out. I've tried repeatedly to contact the company but they simply will not answer me back. I'm out allot of money. The company is based out of *****, I did not research that before I ordered so it's my fault I lost my money...should have seen that before I ordered. I will NEVER purchase from this company EVER!DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
