Tactical World Store is a SCAM and buyer should be very aware. I received the wrong color and size on tactical pants that I ordered. I emailed the company requesting a refund but they insisted I do an exchange (this was after weeks of trying to contact them). So I did that, sent back the old pants but never received confirmation that they received them or that the correct pants shipped out. I've tried repeatedly to contact the company but they simply will not answer me back. I'm out allot of money. The company is based out of *****, I did not research that before I ordered so it's my fault I lost my money...should have seen that before I ordered. I will NEVER purchase from this company EVER!DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Size was way off & return process a nightmare! NEVER purchasing from this company again! After days of emailing back ********** only way you can communicate with them, I received an email with the return address, but no shipping label. They told me to email the tracking #. I asked if they are still holding the $6.95 out of my refund for shipping ****** said yes! Im paying to ship it back ****** are still going to charge me $6.95that is not what their policy states. Im not sure I will even get my money back when I do return it. It the worst customer service I have ever received. Im beyond frustrated.

On May 12, 2024 I made a purchase with www.tacticalworldstore.com. Over the next week I began receiving items from the merchant. Unfortunately, as I began to open and try on my items I noticed that they did not represent was what was shown online and appeared to be imported knock-offs of what was advertised in the pictures online. I immediately contacted the merchant to return the items but instead of following their 30 day money back guaranteed, postage-paid return policy, they tried to bribe me with a 20% and then 30% refund to keep the order. Unfortunately I can't use the items and proceeded with my return request. The merchant then began claiming I have to pay for the returns. When I pointed them to their return/refund policy they changed their tune and said they can only provide 2 return labels, I asked for 3 since they sent me 3 packages. They then claimed their return labels have weight limits and that I will be responsible for the rest. I again pointed them to their return/refund policy after which they again stated they will not be providing paid return labels. This merchant is engaging in retail and financial FRAUD. They clearly stole the images they use online from somewhere and are selling knock-off versions of those items which do not even look the same in most cases.After I filled my dispute with ****** (through whom I paid for this order) the merchant quietly CHANGED their return/refund policy to now claim that their return/refund policy has always been what it is now. I had bought a combat top that I never received. *** asked TWS for a refund and they refuse to do so.

*******. Chinese scam. Don't waste your money. Advertised well, doesn't deliver as promised. Not shipped from ***. Prepare to wait for 2-3 weeks for something less than you ordered. Should be shut down. I got "sort of" what I ordered but I ordered way oversized and it came in way undersized. After reading many reviews online, I realized it was pointless to return and waste my time.

The competent,authorities should take Tactical world store Out of ************* and put a very Large fine on this scamers Thank you for your attention and I hold my message good to the authorities to do something about this tactical world store that is a completely rip off !

I had issues with an order, 2 pants came with defects bad stitching and they wouldnt replace or return! They blocked me from future emails. This is horrible. I cant email them back and they have a fake number on website that is not in service! ****************. Im stuck with this order! How can a company block customers to avoid any responsibility. I will post this on social media for sure everyone needs to know.Buy from a more reputable company like TrueWerk made in ***. Companies with phone numbers not email only that was a red flag for me at first and made in ***** took forever to get to *******.

This "company" is garbage, and so is the stuff that they sell. They are a total scam. The shirt I ordered was of poor quality and didn't fit. When I tried to initiate a return, the email kept getting blocked and kicked back. There is no way to contact customer support, so you are basically stuck with whatever c*** they send you (pretty sure that's no accident). STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

I ordered a pair of tactical pants and a combat bdu top from tactical world store. The tactical pants were a little bit too large so I asked for an exchange. I then get a response saying they didnt have the size I wanted to exchange for, so I asked about a different size. They responded saying both sizes were out of stock. I then went back to the website, the website showed both sizes in stock and ready to ship. I sent them a screenshot and they still continued to say they didnt have them. They then told me I could gift them to someone else or sell them. After that situation I waited 2 weeks for the combat bdu to ship from *****, upon its arrival it was extremely small. I ordered a 2xl. I dont know what country this was supposed to be a 2xl in but its definitely not in *****************. I will never purchase anything from this site again and would definitely warn anyone looking at this site to look somewhere else.
