I ordered a shoulder brace on June 13, 2024. It arrived June 20, 2024. After trying it and having my physical therapist take a look at it, he suggested I not wear it. I have been trying to contact them thru email and leaving phone messages and have gotten no response at all. There seems to be no customer service. Their add says risk free trial for 30 days with easy returns. Please advise.Initial Complaint

I purchased insoles for my shoes. I did not like them. The company has a 30- day money back guarantee. I emailed them, and they would not respond, I reached out on ******** where they advertised, on fb messenger. When I requested a return they blocked me and wouldnt respond either. The company is a fraud. They dont stand by their product and when you try to return the item they ignore you.Initial Complaint

I emailed to cancel my order... minutes after placing it. My order was then doubled without my authorization. I also have contacted this company multiple times through email and phone over the past 72 hours with no response. I want to cancel my order.. or return the product that has shipped for a refund.Initial Complaint

I saw an ad for some shoe inserts, which I needed, so I looked at the reviews on the website, saw that there was a 30 day money back guarantee, so I decided to order them. ***************************************************************** They gave more discounts for the more inserts you buy, so I ordered 4. They arrived fairly quickly. As soon as I tried them, I knew I wanted to return them. I immediately looked at my order confirmation email and sent an email to the company saying I wanted to return them. No response for days. I sent another email. No response for days. I went on the website to find a phone number to call. When I called it was a weird recording that says if you're calling about an order you placed or want to make, to email them and they'll get back to you. That's when I realized it was a scam.Initial Complaint

Company states their product is made in *** on the website page. It was clearly made in ***** based on the the lettering on packaging and the stamp on bottom of insoles. It also states 30 day money back no questions asked. Product is not as advertised and very cheap. They have no link on their page to do a return/refund. When you call them they don't answer the phone. It's been over a week since I messaged them. They state they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Have messaged them a few times requesting a refund. Their product and website is a scam. They have tons of reviews. However, there is no way to leave a review which leads me to believe they are all fake reviews. Very misleading. My biggest issue is them stating their product is made in ***.
