      My wife ordered a power lift recliner ( order number 112-4240799-9499431 ) and it was delivered on February 7, 2024. It worked fine the first week and then started a loud popping and snapping sound. the noise got louder each time it was used. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement bottom. It appeared to be a used one. Started using it and it apparently it has a short in it. It has hung up and dumped me in the floor backwards twice. I have called customer service several time and have texted them several times with no response. I wanted a replacement at first but their service is not worth the trouble if I had more problems. I want a refund and they can send me the material needed to return this merchandise. I am no longer interested in doing business with this company.

And we already issued full refund on April 17. Please call your bank to verify the refund. You are welcome to call Amazon as well to verify the refund.

      Purchased 3 ****** chairs and they are already ripping, buttons have come off and parts have come off and they refuse to provide replacements due to the short warranty period. The quality is terrible and because they do not publish negative reviews on their website they misrepresent their products. We have tried several times to leave a review on the website and none have been published. It is unfair to allow customers to purchase expensive merchandise with terrible quality without providing transparent reviews. This company is misrepresenting themselves and their products. Dates: purchased chairs in March 2022 ($3,089) opened business May 31st 2022, issues began roughly January 2023. No answer via phone so only contact is email. They claim the warranty window had closed and there was nothing else we could do. Now we have two ****** chairs that are continually getting worse and the company will not provide any resolution.

      I bought 5 Shampoo Backwash units . While the bowls were acceptable, the units them selves were not usable. The chair to the unit was too small for adults. Couldn't even accomidate a person 4'10". After several attempts to resolve the issue with no reguard I hired a company to reconstruct the unitds. The cost was $****. I ased for a partial refund to reimburse my additional cost. Again fell on deaf ears.

      I purchased an Exacme trampoline for my son. Within the first few months the stitching around the padding begin to fray and we held it together with threads inter looping. The net also begin to come undone where it attaches to the pile. However, about 13 months into owning the trampoline, the fabric holding the springs to the net begin to snap off, sending the springs flying. The springs snapping off are thick and heavy duty, causing potential harm had they hit my son. Customer service told me that they would not help since my son must have exceeded the weight limit (he was nowhere near it). I've since become aware that this is an actual defect with the product. Regardless of weight of children, regardless of climate, these stitches have been popping loose with springs flying. The company has made no attempts to notify users of the defect and is refusing to replace the defective trampoline. Additionally, despite being within the 3 year warranty periods for the frame, when I called to explain the frames welds were breaking, I was told that the warranty doesn't cover the frame. This trampoline has been used by one child. It was purchased 11/25/2016. I am now filing this complaint as I only became aware today that this was a consistent problem (spring netting popping dangerously) today.
