I ordered a*********** gate opener through their website for over $400. First they sent me a box with 1 electric part in it, the size of a matchbox. I emailed them which they responded and said it was a mix up and promised they would send me the correct product that I had purchased. A few days later I received a box. However, from the outside, the box was taped up in many different kinds of tape which I wouldn't have minded until I opened the box and found many parts were broken and missing as well as an email from another customer sent to them. In the email, the person indicated that she had the same issues as me. Apparently, the broken box that she returned to them which they then sent to me. I emailed them again and they said it was a mix up, again and said they would send me another box but then they stayed quiet after that. My multiple emails to them asking when I should expect to receive a replacement went unanswered. Also, none of the phone number they listed on their website was working. They sell their products on ************ and other websites too.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/11/07) */ I raised the dispute to Paypal who I used as a payment method. Seller didn't respond to Paypal's request either and therefore Paypal has issued a refund to me. You can close this case now but please post the complaint on your website so that others can avoid purchasing from this company.
