      I purchased an airline ticket from their website. They called to say they could not book the roundtrip flights for agreed price. But could book a one-way only ticket for the agreed on price. I informed them to cancel the purchase, since they could not fulfill the roundtrip ticket. They said they did not have to refund. The agent transferred me to a "manager" who was the agent pretending for several minutes to be the manager. When I said I just talked with you as an "agent" he said, yes. It was him and the manager was busy. They did not charge me for the potential ticket, but argued for 5 minutes with me about why I should pay the additional $250 to obtain a roundtrip ticket. This site should be shut down immediately.

      Booked a flight to bring my daughter home, was quoted a price of $186 after taxes ******. Paid with my credit card, the next day received an email requesting contact . Made contact with ******** and was told that now I have to pay another $150.00 to get my ticket. Classic bait & switch. This company needs to be held responsible for there deceptive business practices.

      ************** Scammers!!!!!!! They lied about my flight with delta not having anymore seats just so that they can charge me more to rebook a new flight! I told them its unprofessional and bad business to showcase flight availability if they cant fulfill and try to charge me more to change it! They also claimed I couldnt use the cancellation I paid!(see photo) and I can only get credit. See photo with convo with delta right after these scammers called me FRAUD! Do not get SCAMMED!!

      This transaction occurred on May 20th, 2024. ******** advertised a booking price of 442 dollars for a round trip flight from ********* to ******* on Tuesday May 28th to Sunday June 2nd. I provided my card information expecting to pay this price. They called me a few hours later when they were attempting to do the booking to tell me that the new price was ****** and that I was locked into this price no matter what. I requested a refund multiple times and they claimed because my trip was not insured for changes or cancellation that there was nothing I could do. However, I did not change anything and only wanted a cancellation when the price was no longer what was advertised. They claimed I was warned fares were not finalized until payment was processed, but I did not know this meant I was locked in to whatever price they said or that the payment was not being processed when my information was provided. This advertisement was seen the same morning on farehutz.us website. The business was resistant to any discussions of refund, claiming not buying the protection voided this; however, I have never bought protection anywhere else and anytime the company initiated the changes, as happened here, they have allowed me a free cancellation or change regardless of buying the travel insurance. I acknowledged the fare increase only because they told me refund was not an option. I was basically charged 125 dollars for them to book the ticket for me at the price I could find at the time of the dispute on ****** flights. This is not at all the service advertised. Minimally, I would like the 125ish dollar fee refunded. Maximally they dont deserve to operate if they will continue falsely advertising. I admit the website looked shady and I should have known better; however, I was not expecting to be told I was locked into a price 300 dollars more than advertised and told I had no other options than to continue.       I booked a round-trip ticket through a third-party company (Farehutz) for TAP Air Portugal on 7/25/2023 in the amount of $826.14 and paid in full. The departing flight was scheduled for 4/23/24, returning on 4/30/24. Upon arriving to the airport, I was told by airline employees that I did not have a reservation for the flight. I have been trying to obtain information regarding a refund from the third-party company, Farehutz. However, they have not been cooperating. First, they blamed the airline for canceling the flight and informed me that TAP Portugal had not refunded them yet. During our most recent correspondence, ******** informed me that they have been in touch with your airline, who is blaming me for canceling the flight. ******** stated that TAP Portugal gave them the ** address from where the flight was canceled which matches my address. This is false information as I did not cancel my flight, and did not have access to changing the flight itinerary, as ******** booked my flight. When I asked for the ** address they were given, so I could cross check with any information I can obtain from TAP Portugal, they refused and proceeded to tell me that they dont actually have an ** address, its the airline that does. It has now been a full week, and Im continuing to get conflicting stories from ******** as to why they cannot refund me for services not rendered.

      I purchased a ticket on this website on April 20th2024 . I got a good deal at a round trip flight I got a call from them about 2 hours later saying I only got to stand by ticket and I needed to buy the other half when I have confirmation that it was around trip ticket they wanted another $300 for the other half of the ticket. I reported them to the airlines this place is a scam do not use them!

      Purchased 2 airline tickets Feb 2024. Received an email that looked like a confirmation, showing the flight itinerary, dates/times, confirmation code etc. A week before our trip, I called to inquire about seating, only to be told that our trip was never confirmed and in order to save our trip we had to pay $100 dollars right that moment. He said he could see the airline availability and there were exactly 2 seats left and if we didnt act now, we would not be refunded for our trip and would lose our seats. This is criminal and should be investigated asap

      I used a booking app to book a flight for my daughter to get home from college for oral surgery. The company Farehutz is apparently who it went thru. They lied. They said 1/2 her flight was on standby and I needed to book another flight. They wouldnt let me cancel. They charged more than the actual airline and I told them that. They said it was a promo on the airline and she couldnt take a bag with that flight. Also lies. That was not true she was allowed a bag and it was not promotional. I want my money back. They cjarged the airline fee and $133 fees extra!

      We purchased 2 tickets round trip ********* to ********** ** on 02/08/2024 on farehutz.us. We realized after purchasing the tickets that the tickets are not issued until the fare is confirmed and the credit card is charged. Yet we already paid them $405. We received a phone call from farehutz within 5 minutes of purchasing the tickets telling us that the promotional prices of those tickets expired and that the flight we purchased the ticket for was standby only and that the other flight they could offer us that same night was an extra $400. And the farehutz representative also told us that since we did not purchase the cancellation coverage the $405 we paid is not refundable.My understanding here is that we got scammed. We paid money with no guarantee we would get tickets on the flight we picked. We got cornered and asked to pay more or loose everything. We didnt purchase the cancellation coverage which really should be called an anti-scam coverage: you pay extra so we cant scam you. We ended up paying lfarehutz.us $405 for one-way tickets only and we booked the return flights separately from the airline directly. These are completely unacceptable business practices. If someone buys tickets with no guarantee that you will actually get those tickets then it should clearly be labelled as such before you buy the tickets. ******** is running a scam and prevents consumers from cancelling their purchase after these very same consumers end up knowing what they really purchased.
