      I placed and order for 2 sale items. I ordered my usual size and one item was way too small. The other item was not to my liking. I immediately emailed and called for an RMA number. I was looking for a credit not a refund as I want to order other items that I order regularly. They will not call me back or respond to my email. I would like them to issue an RMA and give me a credit once I return the items. Ordered 4/16/2024 First email for RMA 4/20/2024, then 4/25, 4/29, 5/2, 5/8 Total refund or credit requested $174.00

      I purchased a pair of pants that were full-priced with a *** off Memorial Day promo code on ***** The pants were priced at ******* the promo code savings was ******* Total price paid including tax was ******** I got the pants and didn't even try them on the color was not as shown on their site it was a very bright yellow. So I returned them and shipped them back via **** on ****** and they were delivered on ******** Tracking is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I emailed Fabrizio Gianni today because I did not get my credit yet and they told me I would only get a store credit because the product was discounted. This was not a discounted product it was a promo code for Memorial Day thousands of sites do this and they just refund the amount paid net of the promotion code. They are saying they are giving me a store credit. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE to help with this company. It's like a black hole. You can't even ask questions in a timely manner. I live in New York and don't want anything else from this company. I want a FULL REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD immediately. This is outrageous and very upsetting. I will never do business with them again.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/21) */ To whom it may concern: Customer is not happy with our Return Policy. We have been in business for over 25 years and have not had any problems related to our Return Policy. I am uploading email trails showing our Customer Service Department has been in touch with Ms. ***** ******. June 1st, 2022 - Customer was granted a return authorization for an item that was ordered. Within in the email you can see that our Return Policy is stated; any merchandise bought at a discounted price or with a coupon code that allows item(s) discounted only qualifies for Store Credit. Our Return Policy also reads this information on our website: **************************************** June 20th, 2022 - Our Customer Service Department responded to Ms. ****** after she inquired on her return. As stated on our email from June 1st, 2022 we ask customers to allow us 14 days to process all returns upon arrival which arrived to our facility on June 8th, 2022; we immediately issued a store credit which we are also attaching proof of. June 21st, 2022 - Our Customer Service Department contacted customer explaining our Return Policy and mentioned she was disputing the charge and reporting us to you ***. We are also including a copy of our return form that is included in every shipment, customer is asked to send back with her return which she did. This form also reads our Return Policy that customer claims she was not aware of. We thank you for taking the time and hope you can help us explain the above to customer as she does not want to be held responsible for not reading our return policy in numerous occasions. I never imagined I would not be refunded in full for a product I purchased without opening and returned immediately. The fact that there was a holiday promo code should not automatically trigger that my only form a return is a store credit. I want a refund on my credit card for 100% of the amount I paid. The response is totally unacceptable. How would you feel if you bought a pair of pants and thought they were light yellow and they turned out to be bright yellow. You knew that right away and didn't even have to try them on you returned them. Only to find out you will get a store credit? I just got an email from ******** ****** today with another 20% off sale and the email itself has no asterisk or any mention that if you use the 20% off code you will not get a full refund. They bury it in their fine print. This is not customer friendly and is wrong. They need to issue a 100% refund on my credit card. And they do not answer their phones ever, btw. We also provide this information with the shipment and which clearly reads on our return form that customer previously signed, the same information was provided to customer when she requested a return authorization; both documents were uploaded to your portal on 6/21/22 with our initial response. A store credit was issued to customer which can be used on any of her future orders. As all companies, we have a return policy. Customer has purchased from us in the past and is aware of our policy and have never had an issue. At the time she requested the return we offered an exchange, when we do not hear back we proceed to issue a credit in her case she is only allowed a store credit since she purchased the item at discounted price with a coupon code. I have purchased from this company before and was able to get a complete refund. Pretty sure I have purchased when there were sales in the past but I can't access my account any longer. I can't even believe they are fighting with me about a $*** charge when the pants were returned in the ORIGINAL packaging not even opened. Why are they making such a big deal of this? As I submitted yesterday their current 20% off has no asterisk or note that says "hey if you return this you will only get a store credit". Why? Because they know no one would make such a purchase. They are an ecommerce only site what am I to do with a store credit when I only buy make 1 pair of jeans a year and unlikely will be with them. I already contacted my credit card company to dispute it. I am not going to email the ************************* as this is wrong wrong wrong. I demand a full 100% refund of the amount I was charged on my ****.
