              On 09/06/2023 I ordered a dress from an online company, ******. They debited my PayPal acct $54.97. When I received the dress it was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. I contacted them via email for return and refund information. They will not accept returns and offered me a $15.00 refund! I refused that initial offer, so they offered a $25.00 refund. That is unacceptable, I paid twice that!! This is a clear example of deceptive trade and this company needs to be held accountable!
