We ordered furniture from ***************** online. The order was processed and we received notice of shipment with Justo Delivery on June 27th, 2022. On July 7th, I contacted Justo and was told the furniture was at their warehouse and would be shipped with a week. I made multiple calls to Justo in the days following. I was repeated told the furniture would be delived to ******* and then to our residence. On or July 20th, the Justo customer service agent told me they were holding our shipment because the shipper had outstanding invoices. On July 21, I requested the shipment be released and offered to pay the freight and delivery charges. They declined my request and I subsequently sent them an email requesting an official denial of my request. To date, they have not responded. I am hoping the BBB can help with this and at least make other customers aware of this businesses practices. I have provided a detailed chronology of my contacts with Justo
