    Bought some *******. Liked a certain kind. Exchanged right away using the site for a new order minus the ones I was returning.They took off the charge for the ones I was receiving with the promise I would send back by dec 1st or they would charge me.Two days later, didnt receive shipping label or instructions, contacted them by email.. someone answered 3 days later and said the email is coming.The email with return info link was broken. I reached out again and again and again to get instructions to return or working shipping label. Have not received response.Its been a week. And I wont have time to return by due date at this point. None responsive company, need a response immediately to send back my merchandise.

    I purchased a pair of pants on 10/10/24. When I received the item, it did not match the photos on the website. I contacted Talentless, who said they'd exchange the item. I mailed the pants back to them. Cut to two weeks later, they sent me the wrong pants again. It is obvious that the photos on their site are just inaccurate. After this, they stopped responding to me and I am not able to return the item for a refund via their website, even though it's still within the return window. I've been corresponding with them for weeks and over a dozen emails all for a pair of overpriced sweatpants. In the meantime though, I noticed they discounted the sweats on their site as final sale and updated the photos of them. Shady shady!

    I ordered a pair of pants on 20 August 2024 and paid by credit card. I have not received the order and there is no tracking as *** have not received the parcel from Talentless.I have sent three emails to Talentless and have not received any response.

    I bought clothes from the company, tried them on once and returned them. I emailed them when I hadnt heard anything on the return, and they responded saying their quality control team wont accept the return because of the smell of perfume. I did not spray perfume on the clothing, I only tried them on once and did not wear them. They responded saying it fits under their return policy, but no where in their policy does it state smell of perfume as a reason not to return and refund my money. This company refuses to refund me when the clothing are in unused condition and fell into their return window.

    I purchased 3 t shirts for my husband. He tried on one for less than 10 seconds and we sent it back for a refund because he hated the fit. We did not even try on the other two. Today the package got returned to it stating that it was not in new condition and had a perfume scent. After reading about other peoples experiences on here who had the exact thing happen to them, its now apparent that this company is a complete scam. Its unethical that you would refuse a refund with a blatant lie about the items condition. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. Absolutely disgusting.

    We made a large purchase, tried on and put all pieces that didnt fit directly back into their original packaging (each in their own plastic bag and then the shipping box). We returned the items on time and they have been returned to us with the claim that they have pet hair on them. An absolute lie. This company is scamming. The company is now ignoring our attempts to contact them. They should be shut down.

    I purchased sweatpants for $90 on 12/16 for my 17 year old son for Christmas. He tried them on Christmas Day and they were too tight. I put them back in the original packaging and emailed Talentless on Christmas Day on how to return them. I had to follow up twice. Once they responded I returned the sweatpants which had been tried on for 10 seconds. They are refusing to accept them because they say they are not in new condition and have a scent. They are in the exact condition they sent them to me in and they do not have a scent. I contacted them and all they will say is our policy is clear sorry. They are clearly lying so as not to give refunds. The pants were tried on for 10 seconds and were way too tight. Thats all they were used for.

    My daughter ordered a sweatshirt for her boyfriend for Christmas. Unfortunately they broke up when the item was received. The item was NEVER taken out of the package! I requested the item be returned. I was advised I would only receive a store credit. The item was mailed back on 12/19 and was not inspected until 1/3. I emailed them asking where my store credit was. It was at this time that they advised the following:The following issues were identified with the garment: [Please select the items of concern and disregard the rest.] Not in New Condition Showing signs of human/animal hair within the garment and/or hair-like fibers within the garment AGAIN, this item was never even opened! I received the item back today, 1/8 via ***** and inside the bag was a quality control sheet stating the item is not in new condition and it is scented - cologne/perfumado-colonia. Im not exactly sure how something that had never been taken out of the original packaging can be in not new condition and can smell of cologne. I removed the item from the package and it smells like new and there are NO fibers or human hair anywhere on the sweatshirt!!!

    On December 11, 2023 I received a package from talentless that included two pairs of shorts, a pair of sweatpants, and a sweatshirt. This package arrived at 1:14 PM. At 1:37 PM that same day, I submitted an exchange for the sweatpants because they were one size too big. I tried them on for approximately 20 seconds and put them right back in the bag to return them. A few days ago, I received a text from Fed-Ex that said I had a package on the way but I was unsure of what the package was because I had not ordered anything. To my surprise, they sent back the sweatpants with a crumpled paper on the inside of the package that said my garment did not pass the quality control, claiming that it was not in new condition and scented-perfume. What baffles me is that I did not submit this return a week later and could have worn the pants multiple times, it wasnt even hours later. It was 23 minutes after the package arrived at my doorstep that I submitted for an exchange, not even a return. Talentless put a hold on my card for the cost of the sweatpants and I am now being charged again for these sweatpants. I have attempted to call their customer service number numerous times and have been sent to voicemail every single time. This is a disgusting way to run a business and their quality control needs to be reevaluated. Quite frankly, the pants smell like dirty plastic and wet paint. There is not an ounce of perfume that would have ever made it on these pants and they are surely in new condition. This is a scam and I would like for this to be made right, both for me and other customers who may face this same, frustrating issue.

    I am rejecting this response because I am not the first person who has reported this exact, same issue, down to the reasoning for the return being rejected for a perfume smell. You are totally scamming people and it is extremely unethical and unprofessional for a so-called business to handle matters in this way.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The funny thing is, they did not even have a smell. When I received the package back, the pants smelled like the plastic bag they had been in. There was no way for them to absorb a smell of perfume because they were removed from the bag for less than 10 seconds, then placed right back in to be sent back. It is absolutely mind boggling that your company is so beyond greedy that you wont even allow customers to so much as look at a product before sending it back. It truly is theft and I would be more than happy to escalate this to ensure that your company does not continue to steal from loyal customers. As a matter of fact, the BBB has opened an investigation into the company and you guys failed to respond. Is it because you are aware of the corruption with your return policy, and you reject each return that comes back so you can pocket the money and leave your customers with something they cant even wear because it doesnt fit and you wont even allow them to try it on?

    I purchased matching ******************* from this company...color way is Coco. When I received them, they did not match....they looked faded & worn. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I returned the items within the allotted time frame. I received the items back with a note saying they were worn & smelled like perfume. NO ONE EVEN TRIED THEM ON!!! I reached out to their CS team by email & told them they were not even tried on...received an email back stating it is what it is & they are not replacing r refunding the items.
