We purchased an Everest 3 door reach in freezer in 12/21. Since we have received the freezer we have had issues with it. The first time was to repair the middle door due to it not being properly installed correctly. The tech came and added a couple washers to the door hinge and left, not fixing the issue which eventually led to condensation building up in between two of the doors and water onto the floor. Everest was contacted again and they sent a tech out to fix that issue (10/25/22). Couple weeks later, the freezer stopped working altogether. This was on Nov 5th, 2022. We lost all of the food that was in that freezer. The tech was called and he thought he fixed the issue. Nov 7th, 2022 the freezer again stopped working and stated that he found that both condensers were not working. Everest was contacted and spoke to a supervisor over service and warranty, ****. They were sending 2 new condensers. On Nov 22, 2022 the technician finally came to install the new condensers. He left, said he was done even though there was an error code. He stated he needed to wait to hear from Everest with the code reset. Everest didn't call back until the next day in the afternoon, but they called us instead of the tech. Nov 28th, the freezer stopped working yet again with a temp of 64 degrees. We lost all our food in the freezer again. When contacting Everest, I get voicemail after voicemail. No one has returned my calls. The one person I did speak with said they will send parts out in the mail, yet they don't even know what is wrong with the freezer to know what parts to actually order. When I questioned that, the guy just said that they will send parts, even though they just replaced the 2 compressors that actually run the freezer. I requested a whole new unit since this isn't even a year old and was told that isn't going to happen. Upon trying to follow up, I get no response. The company we ordered it from tried calling and were told it was resolved, which it is very much not.
