I placed an order on 4/5/2022 for a number of items from this business. They immediately charged my credit card the full amount plus shipping on 4/5/2022. 2 weeks later on 4/19/2022 they shipped my order. When I received my order it was missing 2 items (Item No. EM 427). These 2 items (Item No. EM 427) were circled on my invoice that was in the shipment. I do not know why they were circled or why they were not shipped. I made multiple calls to the company, sent emails asking where the parts were and received no replies. They never refunded me the cost of those 2 items or explained why they were missing. A month later I spoke to another customer of theirs who ordered the exact same 2 parts in late May 2022 and got them within a few days of placing their order. This was almost 2 months after I placed my order and never received what I paid for or a refund for the items. I again emailed and called the business multiple times and received no replies. I confirmed they charged the full amount of my order including the parts they never shipped me. When researching feedback on this company I dozens and dozens of people complaining of the same thing dating back years. People paying for items and never receiving them, never getting any replies from the business owner and forcing customers to file credit card disputes to get refunds for orders never fulfilled. This is fraud and theft in every sense of the word.
