I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal. I hadnt used all my sessions. I have reached out to make an appointment multiple times. No one answers the phone. I have left messages and no response. I have gone over and everything is closed. It seems like they are gone.Initial Complaint

I went to have lip filler done at Andes Med Spa on 11/26. She did the injections and I was very swollen on the bottom right lip. She assured me it was swelling and would go down on its own. Still today my lip looks swollen but its obvious she did too much filler there making it so i had to go back and get more filler to correct it. i asked to have it fixed and she told me i would have to purchase more filler for about 700 dollars. why should i pay to fix her mess up. i then asked my photos be deleted from her instagram account. i went to look if she took them down and she blocked me so i could not see. very unprofessional. I made two Groupon purchases to Andes MedSpa. One was for Botox and the other was for laser hair removal. The laser hair removal package came with 6 laser hair removal sessions. The charges were $184 and $35.99 on July 07, 2021. The charge for the botox Groupon was $114.80. On September 07, 2021 I went in for Botox. I was treated by ****** (head nurse) I told her I had purchased a Groupon package and she automatically asked me what I wanted treated and I told her my forehead. She asked me to scrunch up my face and tried to immediately start injecting me without explaining anything. Everything felt so rushed and then at the end of our appointment she told me that if I left her a good review on Yelp she would include a free upper lip laser hair removal session on my next visit .2 days later I woke up with "droopy eyebrows"; for clarification, my eyebrows were pushed down causing me to look angry.I was so distressed and called and spoke to **** the business owner and I explained the situation and he apologized for how unprofessionally ****** had handled my appointment and reassured me I wouldn't have to speak to her or see her again. I also mentioned how I had purchased and went in for a laser hair removal appointment but hadn't seen any improvements and he also apologized and told me that the laser hair removal machine would be down and under inspection. I was told that I would receive a call when it was available again but I never did receive a call back. I ended up going back for my correction appointment and saw a different nurse. The following day I received a call from ****** who told me that I needed to go back again because the nurse I had seen who was supposed to correct the botox did it wrong. At this point I didn't feel comfortable going back to complete my laser hair removal sessions or to "fix" my botox from this spa so I called and asked for a refund. I was told they'd refund my money but I have not heard back from the owner or anyone for months.
