            Sk8gym SF and their owner ***** have an extensive history of exploiting and harassing their former employees after speaking up within their community about the companys disregard for human decency and safety. ***** employs people as young as 16 under the table, all paid through venmo /under the table. ***** has harassed and even attempted to hit one of his employers (16 years old) and verbally abuses and yells at staff and even clients. He is known for making young women work for him and then refusing to pay them. when asked for a legit pay stub/ paid over the table he refuses. *****s ******* list of shady dealings with his employees include refusing to pay them over the table (illegal), attempting to force them to pay for missed classes out of pocket with THEIR OWN WAGES (certainly illegal), and using harassing language through personal texts and social media that would make any HR professional cringe. I have many parents and former employees that can vouch for this and his yelp reviews can also explain, with pictures of his racist remarks and unprofessionalism. this man is an endangerment to the skate community and should not be allowed to run a business.
