We purchased $188.05 in products from www.diyconcrete.com (it says in the footer of the website that they are a part of ************ on 1/13/2023. They stated that they were moving, but products would be shipped no later than 1/16/2023. Here we are on 1/27/2023, and we are yet to receive the products. We have reached out to DIYConcrete.com multiple times in multiple formats (phone, email, chat, social media), and are yet to receive a response. As of today, the phone number now is acting as if it is disconnected. We also noticed that they have been removing bits of contact information from their website. Also, if you go to their ******** page, you can see now there are two other folks that are reporting a similar issue over the last several weeks - no products, no response, just stolen money. It seems like they may have been a legit company at one point, but have dropped the ball or been hijacked & it is a scam.Customer response

Hello!
There was a **** address on the *** Concrete website when I initially purchased the items. I want to say it was for **************, but I did not write it down since I wasn't expecting any issues. We have been trying to locate their address again to be able to send them a letter demanding a refund, as well. However, the address appears to have since been taken down "due to moving".
We did determine according to the footer of their website, that *** Concrete is owned by parent company *********** which we have tracked down to be located at 11400 ***********************************************************, *********.
I hope this helps. Thank you for your assistance.

Good afternoon,
Let's start by stating that Concrete Exchange LLC has NO connection to this complaint, the customer, *****************************, or the funds referenced.
I, however, become personally involved to help a friend (who works at Diyconcrete.com) deal with this customers harassment and unreasonable demands for a refund he never paid. On January 13, 2023 the customer placed an order online at ***************************** for $188.05, DIYConcrete.com (a shopify ecommerce site) received an authorization for the card but never captured funds as they were unable to ship the order. On January 20, the authorization/hold was released by Shopify card processing. The customer was repeatedly informed that no funds were ever received by DIYConcrete.com and that all $188.05 should have been available for their use as soon as the authorization was removed on January 20. On February 2nd, I engaged with this customer, again, as they continued to make false statements on social media. On February 3 the customer contacted their bank/card card service and verified that his bank mistakenly had a hold on his funds (not due to Diyconcrete.com) and released the hold for them on February 3rd.Thank you,
*****************************

I am rejecting this response because: He states that we "harassed" their business & this is not true. We contacted them via every method we could, and then some on a daily basis. DIY Concrete finally reached out once I began reaching out to corporate partners directly & commenting on their ******* videos letting other folks know that this is a scam. In this process, we discovered numerous others who had been scammed by DIY Concrete. They removed & changed contact information on their website, throughout this process in clear attempts to evade contact from the people they scammed.Concrete Exchange/DIY Concrete claimed to have refunded our money, and did not. Then, they claimed to have released "the hold" on our funds, and did not. We finally had enough written evidence, though, at this point for our bank to file a fraudulent charge claim. Thankfully, our bank was able to reverse the funds & is doing whatever they need to do to recover those from DIY Concrete. We let them know that BBB is involved, as well.
Sincerely,
