      or a cleaning and while she was doing the cleaning the hygienist injected me something I was allergic to it, I was not able to breathe, itching, hives, after complaining t she stopped and did not disclosure what did she used on me, she asked me to show her my skin and she only laugher about my red skin. she didn't finished the cleaning but I was charged for it, so I paid for a deep cleaning, crows, whitening for more than $2000 then I went for back for an appointment but they did not disclosure why I needed another appointment, the receptionist ******* always telling me I needed extra thing to use all the money on my insurance, and the other receptionist told me I had to pay more than $200 again I told her I prepaid for everything she showed me a bill with stuff I did not received, I told her I will not pay for something I did not received then I told her I have to leave, next day ******* the receptionist called me telling me I owe more than &50 dollars for canceling, she was very rude and yelling after I explained why they were overcharging me for something I did not received, I need them to return my $2000.00 back because I did not receive a service, I paid for at the beginning.******* the receptionist always trying to make me talked to her supervisor about how she was offering me to do extra things and charged to my insurance, this business is acting unethical, unprofessional and just charging amount but not explaining why or what was charged for it. IRS needs to investigate this business ASAP.THE WORSE DENTIST, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESIONAL AND ******* WAS ALWAYS ***** TO GET MORE MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE.

      Patient *********************************** came in for first visit for Evaluation, Dental cleaning and FMX on 10/11/22. Prophy was done with cavitron, handscaled, coronal polish, floss was done. The Hygienist recommended 4 Quadrants of deep cleaning. Patient was presented with a treatment plan and took estimates home as well as booked future appointments. On 11/15/22 she was seen by our other Hygienist who did her deep cleaning, irrigated quads with Betadine and water. Patient tolerated well and recommended the patient to return in 4-6 weeks for evaluation and FMP. Patient wanted to have #8 & #9 crowns replaced due to #8 porcelain chipped. Patient decided to replace both crowns #8 & #9 due to easier shade match, recurrent carries on #9(d) & #8(m) under the crowns. Both old crowns were removed and prepared for full coverage crown after excavating decay, Crowns were prepped. Patient chose to do whitening prior to having her permanent crowns delivered. Patient was booked for Teeth Whitening on 12/1/23. Patient came in to the appointment and tolerated the procedure just fine. After photos were taken of the patient. Patient was booked 2 weeks out for the deliveries of the permanent crowns. Prior to the patient coming in she had her 6 week follow up on 1/3/23. When the patient came in she was presented with a balance of $*****, She was informed that her insurance had denied to pay for the crowns and we had appealed the decision for a reconsideration, In the end the Insurance did pay but underpaid by $ *****. Patient was extremely upset when presented with this and refused to pay and explained she had prepaid and was not going to pay anything else. Patient got upset and refused to continue with her dental cleaning and left the office. The next day the front receptionist called ******** to collect the amount owed and an additional $50 for canceling the dental cleaning for the day before. Patient refused to pay and threatened to call the **** The services were rendered and the patient refused to come back for the deliveries of both permanent crowns. that is the reason the two permanent crowns were not delivered.

      I am rejecting this response because:They lying, they asked me to paid more than $243 that day,I had included the bill the receptionist asked me to paid- the receptionist ******* was always so desperate to asked all the clients to do extra work they didn't needed to collect money from the insurance,  they also did not do any cleaning because the person who was suppose to do my cleaning  injected me with something I was allergic to it, I had an allergic reaction, hives, my throat was closed I coudl't breath , hives, chest palpitation,so she stopped the cleaning  after I told her she was giving me something I was allergic to it, she was laughing and asked me to comeback another day todo the cleaning. The withening  they put a gel and was so painful I had to stooped my mouth was bleeding so I told her to stopped the treatment, I  had filed to complaint with the Dental ********** to get my money back, I told the receptionist ******* to collect only when they were done doing the whole procedure but she went ahead and charged me more than what I told her.I need my money back ASAP.

      And these are the new dentist showing that Concord Dental Art did not
      provided the crowns,whitening and deep cleaning but the did collected
      the money from my credit card.!

      Went I go the Dental office for my cleaning on 12-27-2022 the receptionists asked me for a payment of $243.20, I told her I had pay fro everything in advance she stated my insurance did not sent any payment, she kept talking to someone else on the phone but she was not able to tell me why I was getting all these charges, I told her I felt like she charging me for something that i did not get, also I told her that day that I was going to get my 1st cleaning they put something that I was allergic to it and she stopped then they reschedule y cleaning appointment I called my insurance and they told me they did pay for everything, then the other rec receptionist called me again to letting me I was going to be charge another $50dollars for canceling the appointment, I'm requesting my money back for my cleaning and the crowns they haven't been able to put it on me since last November.
