      This company does not stand behind the products they sell and the customer service is worthless. Received a product with missing Pieces and not matching colors. *********** says they do not provide refunds.

      Buyer beware on this company. Purchased 4 chairs for $3700. 5-7 day shipping, it has been 3 weeks. Have called several times and was told the item is on its way but it still says order pending. Finally found a tracking number which has no meaning without a shipper. Called again and got the shipper Metropolitanwarehouse.com. **** says was picked up two days after order and transferred to a waypoint (2.5 weeks ago). Called shipper and they said order was cancelled by vendor. Called Sundial who says their system is down and will call me back. No credit has been issued nor have I received any contact from Sundial or shipper. Will cancel with CC but what a colossal hassle.

      I ordered wooden tray set. The larger tray looked "used" upon arrival. I decided to keep since flaw was on bottom of tray. Then I noticed the smaller tray had a hole where handle s**** had been repositioned. The return process was going to be such a hassle that I decided to fill hole using wood putty. I am extremely disappointed since I spent over $100. for what I expected to be quality items. I will never order from this company in the future.

      This place is the worst very Rude!!!! The return process is none like I ever expected nor experienced. They set you up to keep your product, because they charge you a 30% restocking fee and 2 delivery charges from your home to their warehouse. I told them they were mistaking me and I would keep my product than to let them give me only 1/3 rd of my money from a $1600 dollar purchase I would get back $500... They're crazy I will keep the pictures I purchased, they were just bigger than I had expected. I Will never support their store with their criminal minded tactics!! But A good learning experience.

      They are one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. I ordered a table for Christmas that was to ship in 3-5 days. It came 7 weeks later. They have 0 customer service. They also called and harassed me after AmEx stopped payment. Do not order from these people!!

      **************** is a 0 communication is a 0 and after three weeks waiting for a shipping date finally set and had to take a full day off of work to sign for a headboard, received a call 2 days prior that they would not be delivering the headboard and that I would receive a call in the future when they could deliver! Im sure if I cant get another day off , the refund process will be just as professional

      I placed an order with this company online and they accepted it. The item cost $464.00. Sundial then calls me and says i have to pay an additional $250 in shipping costs or they won't ship it to me (they are "repricing it" and will not honor my order already placed. That's 54% higher than the original $464 cost. I felt i was being extorted. The invoice says the item ships "free."This is their return policy:"All shipping costs will be deducted from your refund plus a 30% restocking fee".Don't fall for this ripoff. In my case they would NOT refund me the $250.00 shipping fee AND charge me a 30% restocking fee if i returned it. Remember they call it "free shipping" so you don't actually know what the shipping cost is, but i can tell you in my case it was $250 for a 36x18x16 tv stand.For everyone else placing an order that ships normally, you would never know how much they won't refund you for their shipping costs if your return it.... again because they call it "free shipping."My order:Order Receipt Invoice #***** Invoice Date August 17, 2023 Items Subtotal:$464.00 Discount:$0.00 Shipping:Free Tax $30.74 Total:$494.74

      Buyer Beware. Sundial Home Products LLC is a scam and does not hold to their stated return policy of damaged delivered goods. I purchased an outside patio table and when it was delivered the drivers from their 3rd party logistics company refused to unload the product until I signed for the items. Although I explained that I wanted to inspect them first and they told me it doesn't matter I was just signing that I was receiving the goods. "no signature no product " As soon as they let I immediately started to unpack the 3 items. Within 10 minutes of unpacking my product I noticed 1 of the legs in the 1 boxed was badly damaged( cracked, chipped and cosmetically and structurally unacceptable . I immediately called SundialHomes and was kindly told that this would not be a problem and that I was to send my order# and pictures of the damage to their returns email and someone would get back to me in 5 business days. Of course no follow through and multiple emails later and phone calls no one was returning my calls. I decided to dispute the charge and because I signed for the product, the dispute was cancelled by ***************** I called Sundial Home again and was assured by the sales associate that they messed up and that they did receive my original emails somehow did not reply and would gladly take care of it. That night I get a harassing email from the Manager and or Owner stating that they are not doing anything and that its not their problem. Goes by the name of ******************************* (Returns Represenative). Now I am out $1487 and no table. Do not buy from here regardless of what you read in their policy. They appear to sell second hand and or distressed product and do not stand by their return policy.

      After 2 months and multiple phone calls to the company I had to dispute the charge with my credit card because I couldn't get a refund. They claimed my item was shipped to the wrong address and that the third party vendor was looking for my package.
