On May 10, I purchased two electric minibikes for my grandsons The sales lady check the warehouse to make sure they were in Stock they were was told they would be there on Wednesday then told on Friday Friday I picked up one of them then they told me I have to take the floor model not what I paid for then they told me the other one will be here first week of June. Now ** being told They dont know when I will get it and to stop bothering them. All I want is what I already paid for. They will not even give me a date now I paid $2400. Dont think it is too much to ask to get a date in writing Was already told It was in stock on the day I bought itBusiness response

I was just in Bill's Ace Hardware today today is the second of March 2023 and the approximate time was 4:00 and I was shopping in there I had gone in there 10 minutes before and bought some things and everything was fine then I go in ***************************************************************************************************************** my purse by a heavy set Hispanic lady I think she might have been a manager she was she had dark hair pulled back I think in a braid just a really nasty vile woman and she should not be working with the public at all I was so upset I said my things on the counter and told them I wouldn't shop there anymore and I left but this woman does not need to work with the public I think she needs to be fired that's what I would like to see happen because I won't shop there as long as she's working there I don't steal I've never stolen my life and I'm outraged at her accusations please help me contact somebody just something has to happen and she's probably a manager cuz when I called back and asked to speak with the manager she answered the phone but she did not give her name but it was the same voice so I just hung up I I cannot deal with her I'm shaking I'm so upset please help me cuz this is the Ace Hardware closest to my home and I'm always in there and I know everybody else in the store and they're all very nice this woman is horrible she should not be working with the publicBusiness response
