On 12/10/2021 I shipped an iPhone 11 using *** store 190 in *******. The clerk at the time asked me if it had battery. I said yes, it has battery. It is an iPhone that I have sold and I am shipping it to the buyer in ******* *****. According with *** the package did not leave that station. It got lost right there. I filed a complained with ***. Now the investigation is final which I have no clue what the investigation says. Now store 190, in *******, does not respond to my emails. It seems they plan not to pay me.at the time I bought insurance for $500 which was the price of the iPhone at apple store $499 Now I am seeking to be paid $500 plus $43,90 for shipment, so total of $543.90 Here are the information SENDER ***************************** ***************************************************************** Ship to ***************************** ***************************************************************************** Shipped on 12/10/2021 at 9:44 am Tracking Number 1Z6376FV0202735055 The iPhone disappeared under *** store 190 care.
