On 1/13/2024 at 5:08pm I purchased a 2019 Lexus es350 F sport from Acura of concord. I was informed and given a clean car fax the car had never been in an accident at the time of purchase and reassured nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The following day I noticed a lot of moisture building in the left headlamp and the front bumper had obvious issues. When I was with the finance department I was told an extended warranty should be purchased as the manufacturer warranty was up in January (I called Lexus and they confirmed the car only had a 48 month warranty so this information was false). When I let the finance department I was given a set of paperwork plates and a temp registration. When I went out with my sales person they could not put the front license plate on because it was missing a front license plate bracket and was told the car looks better without a front plate and was handed the paper plate and temp registration. I put these items in the glove box where I found 2 more paper plates and another temp registration made out to myself dated Jan 4th but vehicle not purchased until Jan 13th. I tried to speak to my sales person the next day about some of the issues I was having with the car and got no response back. I left a yelp review and ****** review stating my experience when the general manager wrote back and I got in contact with him. He was trying to get me to bring the car back in immediately but I live 2 hours away and is not easy with my work to step away this long. One day he stops talking and I get e-mails from the service manager. another couple days and sounds like he is no longer working there. The car is now back the dealer and "repairs" getting done and waiting on parts but I never signed any paperwork with explanation of what is getting done or what is being ordered. I feel very uncomfortable with what I bought between how many people no longer work there and no response from the acting general manager for over 2 weeks now.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern,I purchased an original key from Acura dealer online from MyAcuraParts.COM for the amount of $119.78 after tax on March 5th 2022. After recieving my key in the mail on March 16th 2022 I walked into the parts department of Acura of Concord and asked them to cut the key for me I took my pinkslip in so they can verify its my car and vin info to cut the key, I got the key cut and was suppose to take in my car for key programing the very next day. When I got home I had trouble opening the door with the key, but it opened, once inside I tried opening the ignition switch with the key so I can loaded to a flatbed trailer to tow it, but the key didnt open the ignition switch therefore I couldnt load it up. The next day I went in to tell them the key didnt work and they sent me to a locksmith because my ignition switch was dirty in the inside, NOT TRUE. Now I had my car towed to AMPM locksmith in Concord to check it out, they ended up cutting another key that I had to pay $220.00 plus the tow, after comparing they keys you can tell the staff at Acura of Concord cut in too deep in one of the grooves of the key therefore thats the reason why it didnt work.I took both key to show the gentlemen that helped me out at Acura of Concord and his answer was they didnt do it that the machine did it, so if the machine is not doing the cuts properly why are you guys still using it and ruining customers keys, they tried offering me a new key but it wasnt original it was a generic one and I dont want a generic key I want an original key with the Acura logo on it that is what I purchased in the first place and the staff or machine from Acura of Concord ruined it, then I was wiiling to buy an original key at a discounted price because I tought that would be better but their discounted price was the same price I bought the first one so no, I believe if they ruined my key they should replace my original keyInitial Complaint

Hello, I have a 2017 Acura MDX I took my car to Acura of concord because I was having problems pulling hills. Acura informed me my transmission was damaged due to the wrong transmission fluid in the car. I informed them oil changers in Vallejo did a transmission change and oil change in October 2021 on the car. I contacted ***************************** and found out the correct fluid was use on my car oil changers provided me with the correct documents stating/showing they use Acura/Honda 3.1 for my car. Acura is not trying to fix my car the car is still under factory they trying to void the warranty claiming wrong fluid put into car which is not true. I have documents from oil changers and also paper from Acura stating no other fluid has been approve other than 3.1 but 3.1 is the fluid oil changers used.
