My sales agent was excellent. She took her time to explain everything and to be very, very patient because it took me a while to purchase the 2021 Honda Civic Sport at Concord Honda. She was positive, upbeat and helpful. The car was went through a 186 point pre-certification check point, by their Honda mechanics but my criticism is that there was no manual included the sale (she said it was in the glove compartment but it wasn't and I am still waiting to find out if they will provide me one).The cigarette lighter doesn't work, even though it went through a one hundred and eighty six check point. I really wanted this feature to work because I use multiple cords. I really need this manual because there are multiple features on this car that I want to understand how to use and am very new to the modern cars. This 2021 Honda Civic Sport does have lane assist, but I think it is sluggish compared to the 2022 ******* Venue I am currently renting from Enterprise-Rent-Car.Lastly, they offer 5 days to find alternative financing if you choose, so you can get a better interest rate to transfer the loan, but my problem was Schools ****************** was closed for Veterans Day on 11/11/2023, and they are closed on Sunday, 11/12, so in reality, I only had three days instead of five days to get my loan transferred over. To be fair, I think five business should be standard. The car runs well, but I have not had it long enough to give a thorough review.

Purchased a truck in July. Got an email from them at the end of Sept that they needed the emissions number to register the vehicle with DMV. I send it to them and dont hear anything for a month, so I contact them. They state they need me to drive the vehicle back (over 100 miles from where I live) because they need the weight of the vehicle to register it. Are you kidding me? Nope, Im not going to drive all the way back for their mistake. We do drive locally to get it weighed and the used car supervisor comes to my house to get the weight certificate. Meanwhile, my temporary tags have since expired and its 2 days away from NOVEMBER! The supervisor was supposed to bring new temp tags - but stated some BS on why he couldnt. Just an ave yourself a headache and steer so clear of this business. They are inept at doing their jobs. They dont have even deserve 1 star.
