Date: April 19, 2024 Amount: $45.00 Scam Amount: $300.00 I called Etsy to get status on ring I ordered. I was told by ***** that there no order. There had been a debit from my checking account of $45.00 on April 8th by Trading Passion Internet CA. ***** would a credit for this amount. After an hour doing what he asked me do, we were no closer the credit. I became frustrated, the call was transferred to a *****, who said he would give this credit. After he took over my device, he told to go to the nearest location that I could purchase either a **** cards for $200. & $100. and he wanted me to scratch off and give the processing number. He said I will give a confirmation of your credit, he then disappeared. I fell for the whole process hook, line and sinker.Initial Complaint

Hi I purchased from etsy.com on on September 10, 2022. In the amount of $358.15. I received the item and the item didnt look anything as described on website. I contacted the seller and the seller refused my refund saying they policy is no refunds but that was not listed at checkout nor was it on the receipt. I reached out to etsy directly with no response.Initial Complaint

If this business centre's to take lawsuit monies to provide for these properties and do human trafficking any of those pictured places and does not disclose the fees of business without buying a thing or using somone indentity. Here's the places other people money's were used or children buying from them even car insurance fraud identity fraud medical insurance fraud for princess ***** and her husband *****Initial Complaint

I purchased a flower wall and a neon light $1,100) in May 2022 from Angelina Personalized on Etsy.com. It was many issues from the beginning and it kept getting worse. She could not provide what she promised so after many messages I decided to go with something simple. She messaged saying shes going to make it look like she shipped it but shes not but dont worry about anything. Im still confused by that. When it arrived (June 2022) it was missing pieces, damaged and poor quality. When I alerted her she proceeded to tell me how to repair it and that it wont show if the lights are off. I sent her pictures and told her that this was unacceptable. She offered money off but the quality was so poor $100 was an insult. I reported it to my bank and they temporarily refunded me until the investigation was completed. They reversed the refund because apparently Angelina is a pro at defrauding consumers because she told them I was disputing that I received it and provided information that I received it so they closed the case. When I disputed it with PayPal they said she told them I was trying to cancel a reoccurring charge on merchandise received and they closed their case. I have complete documentation off all conversations with Angelina and no one seems interested that shes ripping people off. After my threats of a bad review she canceled the order on Etsy so that it looks like I never ordered. Ive seen other online complaints from people who dont know what to do. Im hoping someone would please help me. In addition, she was messaging me trying to get the wall back before I found out about the banks reversals, which I also have proof of. Can somebody please help me?
