            I believe my letter to the owner expresses it best. The level of dishonesty from **** still baffles me! Skim-n-Dip ************ LLC Nick,It has now been seven days since we found out that the pool cleaner/control system you installed in our pool for $1725.00 does not nor will it or can it ever meet our needs. I have asked you way too many times for a solution over these past seven days, expressed the stress it is causing us, and you have yet to come up with a viable solution or any solution other than paying you more money or waiting on you longer Our wait with you is over!We are terminating our service with you effective immediately! We do not want you or anyone from your company entering our property. I will be happy to share our story and your own words with the BBB and others in hopes that this does NOT happen to anyone else in ************! Even after admitting to selling us a product that you shouldnt have and not running our pump during the hours we discussed and you agreed upon, you have yet to even offer a solution to make it right! You mocked me for having a rental I cant drive to-inferring I should have been checking up on you and as it turns out-I should have been! I have had out of state rental for over 15 years and have done just fine because I employee professionals and people we trust. Best of luck,

            The level of dishonesty with **** still baffles me! He installed a pool cleaner that him and his company could not program for the time he agreed to run it and then did nothing to solve the problem but ask for more money. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
